I mention all of this because I don't understand why there are not dozens of 5 star reviews here! I have used two other appliance repair services in Savannah (that I found on Yelp), and until I called Mike, I had no idea how ordinary they were. Not bad, just ordinary. Don't settle for ordinary. Mike is amazing - knowledgeable, professional and thinks outside the box. I called him about a loud noise my fridge was making. When he diagnosed the problem, he told me that I would need a new icemaker (which wasn't working anyway). When I told him that I didn't care about automatic ice only the noise, he said he could disconnect it and stop the noise. His bill was so reasonable after fixing the problem that I offered to pay him more. Call Mike and get extraordinary service.
