Having been without a dryer for almost 2 weeks we took a different offer for 2 days later. I have heard good things about this company but it just didn't work for us.

The company sent someone out to assess what needed repaired. The Technician ordered a part. An appointment was scheduled between 9 am and 1pm. On the day the tech was to arrive I got text at 11:30 saying he's to arrive 1pm and 5pm. The Tech arrived 2:30 . And would you believe didn't leave until 8,:30. Took my washer apart and didn't fix a damn thing. Another Tech came out 4days later. This Tech says the other Tech threw away some parts he needs to fix the machine. Parts were ordered and a Tech was to come out as soon as we received parts. Today is July 3rd my machine is still all apart and not working. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY

I have left there voicemails over three weekdays with no response. I would think that if someone calls and is in jeopardy of losing all of the food in the fridge, they would care enough to respond. While the two techs were here in January, I had them troubleshoot a microwave. The lead tech said he would get back to me in a couple days. That was in January. Still waiting. I cannot recommend Pooler Appliance.
