Great deal, good folks. We moved into our new place and needed a dryer. We visited their showroom. No frills, but good used washers and dryers at fair prices. Especially considering the 60 day warranty on their products. When they came to deliver and install Michael and Zack called in advance, showed up when they said they would be there. They even replaced the plug in the back of the dryer to make it work with our house. The whole install was quick and clean. read more

I was able to find what I was looking for at a reasonable price. The owner was very accommodating. They had a pretty good selection, offer a good warranty and they also repair appliances, so it's like a one stop shop. read more

Let's say overall, the experience was decent. However, we purchased a washer and dryer set. The dryer works fine. The washer had issues they came and picked up the washer. Attempt to fix it. But after the warranty had already expired the washer broke down again. I paid foran outside source to check the diagnostic. And he told me it was $200 for the part we needed and $400 for labor. He recommended that I buy another washer from somewhere else. I wouldn't recommend buying a set from this place. I thought it would be a good purchase from reviews on Google, but I've seen some other reviews on yelp. unfortunately I wouldn't recommend. Attempted to call to see what we can do but it would've been a $95 charge for them to come out to repair it and that would've been no use since the out source notified us that the washer was no good. read more

Decent prices because they're selling junk. Washer and dryer sold to us with extra warranty and delivery. We immediately needed it after THEY installed it and they were not happy to fix it after two trips to fix it. Washer is broken again 9 months later and dryer is painfully slow. Called to check on if they'd help and they had a terrible attitude. Overall bad experience. read more

We're upfront and honest about everything they had and their opinions on the machines. Their. Communication is great and know exactly what to give you for your specific need. Needed help with a dryer problem on Saturday no one else could help. Coastal Appliance went above and beyond to help me. Highly recommend

called and spoke to the owner before going to the store to purchase a dryer. I asked what the pricing was for the dryers and he stated they start at $165 and go up. We went to the shop the next day to look at dryers. Some of them had prices on them and some did not. We asked how much the dryers were and the man standing there said they start at $200. I told him I called the day before and was told a different price. He said there were a couple that he had that he would sell for $185. I found out later that this was the man I spoke to on the phone and he was the owner! We looked at several dryers and had to ask how much each one was. All of them were very dirty, and some were obviously damaged. I pointed out the damage on one that the insulation around the door was missing, and the owner said he would take $165 for that one. All golf the dryers we looked at had large amounts of lint in the lint trap, a few had cobwebs on the backs, and one had what appeared to be animal feces on the door. We needed a dryer so we chose one and by this time the owner had disappeared into the back room, leaving the salesman to take care of us. He seemed much nicer and answered our questions. I asked about the military discount, advertised on the building, as I am a veteran and he said it was only 5% off, and basically just took off the sales tax. The one we chose was $200, and the final price after tax was $205. He helped us load the dryer in the truck. When we got home, we spent an hour cleaning the dryer and then installed it. The timer doesn't work on it, and the dryer stays hot after you open the door to remove your clothing. We will be returning the dryer today to see if they stand behind their warranty. read more

Love the Fridge I purchased here, just still a little upset about the steps into my place that the delivery guys destroyed, without letting me know. Almost fell out of my place with my dog, because I wasn't aware they had broken them. Still makes me a little upset, every time I walk out or in. Not to mention that someone messaged me concerning this, but I couldn't respond at the time they had requested, due to my 3 month old Granddaughter being in town. From then on they only read my messages and ignore me. Never will I purchase another thing from this place and will make sure my friends and followers do not get their steps destroyed to their places as well! read more

This was my first time using this company and could not have been happier. They scheduled me right away and the technician fixed my dryer in less than 30 minutes. He also showed me additional ways to help improve the function of the dryer. He also suggested an indoor dryer vent box, which has been the best thing. Thank you again for all the help. read more

unfortunately, I will never use this company again. I bought a washer and dryer set from them, only to get home and notice after a few days the dryer was not getting as hot as it should. the timed dry was not working it was only working on one setting which was Jean dry- or very dry. I used the dryer for about a month only using this setting and we noticed the dryer would never cut off unless you opened the door. long story short the dryer cord burnt off which could have been a fire hazard. we took it back because it was under warranty and he gave us another one. we got it all the way home only for it not to get hot the heating element was gone. took it back and he gave us another one, tried it in the store and it was getting warm bit only a few mins. get it home and try it and it does not get hot!!! they do give a warranty but the customer has the inconvenience of loading up the appliance and brining it back to the store for service.Complete waste of money, as much gas, sweat, and tears I should have just bought something brand new. steer clear of this place!!!! read more
