The lady at the counter, Mrs. Shelby, was upfront with the process, the cost, and the duration of time it would take to get my phone repaired which, for me, was a little over an hour. I bought my IPad here for a repair. I was given the price of the repair, which I signed for. I needed a screen replacement, but, otherwise the iPad was working fine. I received a phone call stating my iPads home button was replaced, incurring an additional cost. The issue is not first speaking with the customer, prior to moving on with additional repairs. Also, it was working perfectly fine when I dropped my iPad off. The owner called and was very rude and condescending while I was trying to explain this. He was unprofessional and argumentative. He also stated that he placed A BLACK BUTTON ON MY WHITE IPAD. Completely botched and careless. I will not be back nor recommend their services. read more

The price-to-quality ratio is abysmal; I got back a botched, shoddily executed job that was neither finished on time nor brought to a logical conclusion. For this (disassembling and assembling the phone, no soldering, no repairs, only replacement of the finished module), they ripped me off for an absolutely fabulous, unbelievable amount of money, as if I had paid for an elite prostitute. The phone wasn't even fully reassembled; the back cover wasn't closed properly. Instead of the agreed-upon week, the "work" took over a month. I strongly advise avoiding this place: the Asian owner gives evasive answers, the "technician" is incompetent as watermelon and unable to answer anything, and the woman at the register is irresponsible. The company operates in a gray area, extorting sums around $100-300, an amount no one would bother suing over, yet they take absolutely no responsibility for the work. read more

Had a new Galaxy S7...only a couple of months old. Dropped it and cracked the camera's lens cover. Took it to another repair place...they said they'd have to heat the phone and pry it apart. They said my phone would be permanently discolored. They said it would be $79 for the part plus labor and a 7-10 day wait. A friend request recommended One Stop. I stopped in to replace a battery for an iPhone 5. I mentioned having a "completely destroyed" iPhone 6 at home (the full story including nightmares with my carrier, insurance, and a local IRepair store). On his dare, I went home and brought back that pile of broken glass, with the layers of my touch screen pulling apart like the pages of a book. Jeff and his staff provided excellent service when the screen on my Samsung phone broke. I went by to talk with Jeff about the cost of repairing the phone versus replacing it. Jeff took a lot of time to explain what they would have to do to my broken phone and the cost. Turns out it was less expensive to file a claim on my insurance for another phone. I was very concerned about loosing my contacts, pictures and data is why I wanted to do a repair initially. Jeff assured me they could save my data and they actually did when the replacement phone came in from my insurance provider. They did a much better job than my service provider has ever done. I did not loose one piece of important data! Also I expressed how unhappy I am about my service provider's rates. I had a note 3 cracked, didn't charge anymore and was a complete mess. I had a note 5 on another network I hated - Sprint-, and I wasn't going to activate it; therefore, I decided to sell it to one stop for the price of another phone. Before I came in my screen was horrible & always blacking out I went to one step wireless and I got my iPhone 7 Plus fixed for 79 dollars and he sold me a screen protector and case for just 20 dollars more ! It was definitely worth it and definitely affordable! They have great customer service and know exactly what they are doing ! I took my Moto E4 4GLTE cell on recommendation of my carrier as a local business to repair my cracked screen. The phone was in perfect working order -except for the cracks. I purchased a new screen after watching a utube video showing the phone could be repaired successfully. I used my phone until the minute I placed it in the hands of the employee at One Stop on E Victory. It all went bad from there. I went back next day for pickup . I had prepaid ($59.00) a store policy. The phone was returned in 8 separate pieces, all loose, including 4 of the dozen tiny screws that hold the case together- and my new part. No bag or box NO SIM CARD.I questioned where it was they denied ever having it, no refunds, Is my phone working- most likely not all connections sticking out and looking like it had been harvested for good parts. I have another phone- Save your time and money This experience cost me a good phone $100, a sim card $20- $59.00 repair and a useless screen protective case . If I was willing to pay an additional fee they could order a special part fro Motorola to do the repair.and restore my phone from scrap to working. Does this sound like a legitimate business practice.The glass screen needed to be heated to remove -Moto seals them with glue to make them waterproof. read more
