Thankfully, I found this well-established business via Yelp, which, as an FYI, is no longer serving at this particular location. I had expected my laptop to be out for repairs for at least two weeks, but Jack handled everything in less than a week, and even the original cost estimate was lower than previously discussed. Turns out this guy is less than half a mile from my house so I went over to talk with him about my computer. He explained things very thoroughly, including the prices of things starting from the easiest fix to the most complex fix. This was awesome because you dont really know what's going on with computers until you get into them.
