If you want to get ripped off, Itek Squad (Bluffton) is your place…read more We brought a damaged phone to Itek and were told they could repair it, "No problem." We ended up bringing the phone back 5 times (often times paying labor fees for them to "fix" what they were supposed to have already fixed in the first place) and spending $240 (the cost of a brand new phone) before they finally said they could never truly fix the camera. By then we had literally bought just about every piece of the phone and, frustrated, we said fine and tried to work with what they did "fix" only to have the phone continuously glitch and get worse. Unbeknownst to us, the phone was not reassembled correctly and the brand new screen ended up cracking. We brought the phone back and they refused to refund us or help us. If you want to actually get your problem solved go to Hilton Head Phone Repair (https://hiltonheadphonerepair.com/) on Palmetto Bay Rd.

Resort Appliance has been a totally reliable and important part of my 'team' taking care of my home…read morein Sea Pines. We are not here full time and we occasionally rent. I do not know what I would do without them. They are a totally honest company and have stood behind all their service. Our refrigerator was not staying cold and since it was fairly new it was a total mystery. RA stuck with the case until solved- hinges were bent, closed door did not turn off light - tho we could not see that right away- and they ordered new hinges and put them on for free. I expected them to have suggested buying a new refrigerator - but they talked me out of that - several times. I did not pay for extra service calls - I paid to have the problem solved. My dryer- OLD- was not functioning well - but they did not want to sell me a new one - the service person found a twisted vent hose, replaced it - dryer is perfect. I trust them totally. They have worked on every appliance Replaced the dishwasher and washing machine with the highest quality appliances and reasonable prices. I recommend this company and the attitudes of every employee I've come in contact with - the office as well as the service people.
