This required working in the attic in July. I called several companies in Savannah that told me either they did not do that service, or since the appointment had to be very early for the safety of their workers, their soonest availability was too far off than I hoped. Joyner was able to come out sooner than everyone else could and they worked with my schedule to arrange a 6 AM appointment. They were very good about asking me questions so they knew exactly what I needed. They even asked what color my wall plate was so the others would match. The workers were on time, friendly, and very efficient. They said the cable company might have to come out, but then they worked their magic so I was fully hooked up for cable and internet before they left. This was on the morning of my moving day and made my life a whole lot easier, so I was very happy and grateful. I feel like they went out of their way to help me, but I think they are just that great by default. They did a fantastic job and exceeded my expectations and I will certainly call them next time I need their services.

I paid them $42.50 which seemed fair seeing how they waisted all my time with an inexperienced tech. I even put on my check payment in full they blacked that out and deposited it anyway , then send me a bill threatening court, seems like a good idea then i will charge them for the hour and half they waisted of my time when i could have been doing my own work in my business (which is separate from this)

A salesman named Quentin Jackson…read morecame to my home under the pretense of a "routine check-up," which I later learned was not true. It was his first day, he was extremely nervous, and he had to call his manager on speakerphone to talk through every step. He originally quoted me around $75+/month, and I told him I wasn't interested. He then claimed he could "help me out" by giving me a five-year contract rate of $50/month, and assured me multiple times that there was no commitment and that I could cancel anytime if life changed. I verbally agreed based on those terms. When it came time to sign, he explained the e-sign document as simply acknowledging that I already had their equipment -- not that I was locking into a five-year contract. I trusted what he said and didn't realize I was signing a long-term agreement. That is on me for trusting him, but it does not excuse deceptive sales tactics. Later, when I contacted their cancellations department, I spoke with Emily, who informed me I had no option to cancel whatsoever. She said my only choices were: 1. Pay off the full five-year contract 2. Move it with me (I don't need it where I'm moving) 3. Force the next tenant to take over the system She also said the owner, Brian Vaness, would "hold me to the contract no matter what" and would not allow exceptions. As a disabled Marine Corps veteran, a husband, and a new father trying to cut unnecessary expenses after my wife just gave birth four weeks ago, this whole experience has been stressful and disappointing. I'm trying to downsize and save money, not get trapped in something I was told was flexible. This was deceptive, misleading, and absolutely not how you treat customers -- or anyone. There are plenty of honest alternatives like Ring, Vivint, or other companies that are transparent about their pricing and don't send salesmen into no-soliciting neighborhoods pretending to be technicians. I strongly urge others to look elsewhere.

They inspected my 900k home and missed ALL the major damage. The operational manager was a joke. I…read morehad to have half my house on the outside repaired along with the wood it was so rotten. He also said they don't do wood density test and they don't check the attic if there isn't a floor. Which there was and his guy missed a collapsed trunk lime. He didn't check the AC unit which has to be replaced. He DID catch a disconnected hvac disconnected. he said they don't check the AC when it's cold. If he would of ran it for 10 min he would of discovered it was low on Freon. That's just a start of what all they missed. So to get everything up to code it will cost about 200k out of my pocket to have everything fixed properly. The operational manager said he would of had the same outcome. He also told me I should of had another inspection done. So I guess if he can sleep at night knowing they rip people off then so be it.
