To be transparent we didn't end up using their services but I do want to commend the responsiveness and kindness of this company. They are very good at communicating and responding within a reasonable amount of time. If in the future we need a cleaning service- we will absolutely be looking forward to using this company. read more

We had sparkling queens come in to a do a deep clean of our home after 4 years of spot cleaning and…read moretrying to do it myself (with 3 cats, 3 dogs, and 3 kids under 7 while working outside the home). I had guests coming to town and needed someone to come within 2 weeks and they had availability within 1 week of calling which was great. Cost was comparable to other companies I spoke to who would never call back to schedule a cleaning. The initial clean wasn't up to par and wasn't finished in the time quoted, however we spoke to the company who sent out a new crew to do a re-clean the next day. Second crew took one look and agreed the previous cleaning was unacceptable and spent extra time finishing the cleaning and re-cleaning all the areas the other crew had worked in the day before. This time they gave the attention to detail we were wanting. We fell in love with the cleaner they sent that day (Terri is the best!) and have requested her ever since for our weekly cleaning. When I say having my house cleaned weekly is the best decision I ever made in regard to my mental health it's no joke! We were drowning before and now the house never gets so out of control that we can't course correct in time for the next cleaning. The price for a weekly clean is great for our house and cheaper than therapy . I will admit I was apprehensive after our initial cleaning day that was not good - but the company stood by their satisfaction guarantee and made it right. We have had a few different teams come out other than our regular cleaner and they have been okay but not stellar. I like that I can request a specific cleaner and get her 95% of the time, as she knows our home and the specific details that we care about. Definitely recommend this company!

Informed them to pay extra attention to the kitchen and bathrooms, but the clean was mediocre at best! Walls still had ink in spots which I cleaned myself after the fact. Fridge and dishwasher out so behind them could be cleaned the walls and openings not touched! The dusting was not done bc I ran my finger in the thermostat and it was still dusty! The high ceiling dust bunny's r still there as well. Not worth the price! Can't believe we paid for this. No furniture was even moved in to house yet

While our house is not yet contained enough for them to be able to clean every room (per my request--as a few rooms are still packed w boxes and chaos), they work with me on cleaning the areas I request which is motivating me to organize the remaining rooms so they can do their magic more and more with each visit. They are accepting of the fact that I work from home and have 2 sweet but annoying dogs that may get in their way and I trust them to not let my escape artist out the front door. I highly recommend the Klean Kingz for your cleaning and organizing needs!
