I came here already seeing my car online at TrueCar, went to get the keys to look at it and let me test drive. After I came back from test driving, the staff handed me a CarFax, I asked if I could take it to a mechanic to be seen, and they were happy to let me do this. I took it to a reputable euro car specialist and the mechanic looked at it for about an hour and told me he couldn't find anything wrong with it. The car was very clean underneath and inside the engine bay. The only thing the mechanic said looked weird was the back two tires were different tires and needed to be replaced. When I took that back to RDU Auto Sales, the staff offered to replace them or take some off of the price which you don't see too often from used car dealerships. After seeing that the car was in great condition, I decided to buy it, before hand I received no pressure to buy the car or look at any other ones. RDU Auto Sales let me control the whole process and only aided me when I asked. The paper work was minimal, it took less than 30 minutes and everything was explained completely before I signed. Out the door they give you a one month warranty for free, with the option to purchase an extended warranty. I would recommend this dealer to any and all who are skeptical of used car dealerships. I know I was unsure before coming here, but I will recommend this one to any of my friends who are looking to buy a high performance or luxury car.

    I have had my care a total of 90 days within the first 30-40 days I had to replace something that…read morewas 300 and something dollars. I don't drive this car everyday bc I have another car that I use to commute to and from work. I go to turn the car on the day before yesterday to drive it and it's another light on. I took the car back to Elite Auto the first day I was told no light was coming on let it stay another day and call back tomorrow. Called today it's now a censor which is going to cost me 160 something dollars. I purchased the level 2 warranty which apparently does not include anything, I was also told I need to "read my policy" I don't feel within me having this car less then 6 months I should be having all these problems. All that I was told was basically it's a machine and they are going to mess up, my response was if it's a machine and things happen then how about you guys pay for it and fix it. I have purchased a bad car before and it feels like I'm living this all over again. The lady at the front desk is always sweet and understanding. I feel that today they were really rude and unprofessional. Before you purchase a car make sure you take it to a dealership and have someone look at it over for you. The car had a bit of a vibration and needed a deep clean with new breaks and rotors. You can tell when someone is more about a dollar than the care of the customer. When trying to explain our experience else where, the older lady interrupted me rudely. She refused to say anything about the cleanliness, but explained the mechanics didn't put a band aid on things, when the rotors needed obvious replacing.

I was extremely leery of doing so based on a recent terrible car buying experience, which you can read about in my other recent Yelp review. After that debacle, I was spoiling for a fight. Hendrick Southpoint completely disarmed me. They were square and honest through the whole process and even arranged shipping to me in California. When the car arrived, there was an issue with the car that I had not been made aware of, but Hendrick's Southpoint made me whole in a way that I think was fair for them and me. I visited plenty of other dealerships and places to buy cars and this was the best. I expected plenty of comments about where a brother, father, husband, etc., would be to help me with the process and I expected to be taken less seriously as a car-buyer. I received none of that from Jeremy or any of the other folks that helped me at this dealership. They took me serious, listened to my concerns, were not pushy about things I did not want to do or include with the vehicle, were incredibly organized, timely, and communicative. Overall, I'm a big fan of this dealership.
