I've not had any issues with my service or the work being done. The most recent time I came In was to have my brakes checked out. I had just replace the rear brakes and rotors but something was off. I called for availability - told to show up at 9am - I was there at 830 and waited in my car while I took a call. 9 am - Cameron came out to greet me and ask how he could help. I explained I just replaced rear brakes and rotors - but the rear drivers side wheel was wobbling - I've done my own repairs for a while and have not had any issues. Cameron got it in and up on the lift and assured me they'd get it figured out. They even let me watch to see if I could help solve the issue. Turns out the rotor didn't completely seat on the hub which caused the wobble and awful sound. They cleaned the hub, the wheel where it sat on the hub and the rotor. There was a physical defect preventing a clean seating of the rotor. Mike and Cameron were clever and intuitive and were able to get both the rotor and wheel seated properly to eliminate the issues. All of this done without a charge. I am a returning customer and they treat me like a valuable, returning customer - that doesn't happen these days. This will be my shop for tires and help if I need it. I have 3 girls who will certainly need help when the time comes and Cascade will be my shop. Thank you, Cameron and Mike for getting it dialed in, when you really didn't have too and thank you Jamie for getting me in so soon! Y'all are the business that other shops should pay attention to on how to take care of your customers!

It turned out to be a freak issue with rather than a serious mechanical problem, and I was able to make it home safely. I really appreciate their integrity and willingness to help when it mattered most. They were honest, straightforward, and incredibly generous with their help. Highly recommend.

They took it for a test drive. You could almost push the brake all the way down before it would stop and it didn't stop very well. We were expecting the worst but after about half an hour they put the tires back on and came in to talk to us. They said that they adjusted something on the brake and now it was so much easier to stop and also it would give us a lot more time before he had to spend money on new brakes. What was the charge, I asked? No charge they said. We walked out of there like we were walking on clouds. What could've been several hundred dollars ended up costing us nothing. I've been there several times before and I've never been disappointed with anything they've done. My thanks to the owner, the workers and everybody involved at that wonderful business.
