I just recently visited this eye doctor for the first time. Appointment was made within one week. At arrival i noticed social distancing guidelines were being upheld. All chairs were separated 6ft apart. The woman at the check in was friendly. They took me in at my scheduled time despite seeing a handful of people in the lobby. The visit was quick and easy. Doctor told me what i needed and what was going on, had me in and out in 20min. Got a great deal on the glasses i liked as well. Would recommend everyone to go there. Dont believe the bad comments. I've read a lot of reviews about bad customer service and totally disagree!!! I've come here for about 3 pairs of glasses now, and each time I visit there are new styles and a really large selection to choose from, I wouldn't even think about going anywhere else. Although they're usually pretty busy, they're really attentive and make sure everyone is being helped, people are just really impatient nowadays! I've had nothing but good experiences here and think that the office really does outshine many competitors around the area. 10/10 recommend! read more

This place is awesome! Didn't make an appointment so unfortunately I couldn't get my exam done same day but my goal was just to get some new glasses since my old ones broke. Staff was very knowledgable and informed me that even though it's been 3 years, I can still use the same prescription. The doctor is great , I been coming since I was in the fourth grade . The customer service was ok back than but today that I went I saw new faces the newer employees are beyond rude ! The girl with the blonde ombré/blonde hair with snake bites was SO RUDE!! I saw her give nasty attitude to three of patients and to one of the employees as well. She raised her voice at her and kept talking back to the other employee keep in mind this employee has been there for a Years already so for this other employee to raise her voice at her was very uncalled for. read more

Came into the office for my appointment this morning and as ALWAYS I was greeted by friendly staff, quickly checked in, and the wait was minimal between my first test and Dr. Lee calling me in. Doctor is so kind and very informative. He makes sure to check your eyes thoroughly and explain everything as he is doing it. They also have something new where they take pictures of your eyes and he shows you each one and explains everything. I already knew what kind of glasses I wanted and Malessa was kind enough to look up the brand and select the frame I wanted to order them. I was in and out within 30 minutes or so. The new remodeled office looks great. Dr. Lee and his staff are by far the best office I have visited and that is why I have become a loyal patient. No need to go elsewhere! read more

Great optometrist so nice and sweet. Extremely ghetto staff, full of tattoos, hickies, never a smile staff seemed lazy, poorly groomed and dressed. If he changed staff of be great. I've been going to Dr. Lee for over 20 years now and I keep going back for several reasons. They make it fast and easy to get an appointment and get seen. The glasses are also very good. I have gone to other places and the prescription was not just right or the bifocals were not set up right or the frames were too tight. There really is a difference when you go to a real optometrist and get professionally done glasses, not the discount ones. Also, the staff is very helpful. Since I only get new frames every few years, I ask them to help me choose new frames that work for my face shape and are in style. I've always been really happy with the new frames that they have recommended to me and they don't force me into frames that I don't feel 100% comfortable with wearing. I'm happy to go there and over the years, I have moved away from the area, but I still go back there since I know I won't have any worries and I will be taken care of. read more

Nothing but good to say since I'm always busy.. I called to set my appointment 4 days in advance they had everything ready.. Just needed my sisters info since it was her first time going. Asked me a couple questions and was taken back to go through the whole process.. Total about 30 mins.. Got my self contacts they even helped with showing me how to apply and remove them.. I have been a patient of Dr. Lee's for over 30 years. He is a very nice, patient doctor who always makes you feel welcomed. Unfortunately his staff in the front office does not represent Dr. Lee for who he is. From the initial check in they ignore you and are simply rude. The representation of this office is upsetting. They make you feel like you are bothering them and are not friendly at all. I've held off in changing doctors as I have been going to Dr. Lee's office for years and I'm so dependent of my contacts that I'm there every 6 months to year faithfully. This last experience I've had has left me no other choice but to no longer return. If you can treat long time patients this way and lose them, I guarantee new patients wont return either. Dr. Lee really needs to see what type of employees he has running the show. read more
