Dr. Zin Min, office manager Alex and support staff are the best. By far, this is our family's favorite optometrist. Dr. Zin Min is extremely knowledgeable and her bedside manners are outstanding. Alex is always very helpful (especially when helping us max out our benefits, as we are dual insured). The support staff are sweet and kind. The selection and cost of the eyewear is very good and we have always found something we wanted (the husband prefers Oakley and me and the kids like Ray-bans/Ralph Lauren). We have been coming to this practice going on three years ( I found them through Yelp) and we are not changing anytime soon. I recommend them ten times over.... read more

Best kept secret in all of Baldwin Park. I don't usually write a review because I expect every business to treat their customers with high level customer service. Alex and Dr. Zin deserves all the praise and a special thank you for making my experience stress free. When you look through the window, you see no one is there and think they must not be good, but don't let that deter you from walking-in or calling to make an appointment. The reason why, Alex and Dr. Zin give their clients individual attention. They make sure they don't overbook and have their client's wait for eye exams. I for one appreciate being treated like a person and not just dollar signs. I never felt rushed and I was able to ask all my questions. Both Alex and Dr. Zin are knowledgeable. The facility is very clean and they have up to date equipment. A clean office is very important during COVID time. They take clients with insurance, non-insurance and FSA. It was my first time here I was looking for somewhere new as my previous optometrist kept telling me something was wrong with my eyes every time I went and I had paid so much for treatment and special products to treat my eyes. (Focus vision) This was just based on a simple eye exam. Excellent quality of care from Dr. Min and Alex. I invested in the retinal x-ray exam and was impressed with the current technology and the knowledge by Dr. Min to observe the entire structure of both eyes. I purchased 2 pairs of glasses and one prescription sunglasses. With one of my eyeglasses - the prescription was not feeling right, as I started to feel nauseous wearing them. Dr. Min and Alex tried adjusting them at the office but it was sent back to be fixed, with no questions asked. I felt at ease with the situation getting the prescription changed.
