I called ahead of time and they easily scheduled my appointment for the next day. They kindly provided a contact lens case for me to use when I took off my contacts before my eye exam. Dr. Nguyen was quick and efficient with my eye exam and kindly answered my questions about LASIK since he's been recommending me to get it done while I'm still young. The staff was super friendly and patient when I was deciding on which pair of glasses frame I wanted. It's always so hard for me to choose a suitable frame, so I took a while, but they never rushed me. They have a wide variety of frames to choose from and plenty of mirrors to use while trying on the frames. I was also notified the next day that my glasses were ready for pick up already! That's super fast! My insurance covered the glasses, so I just had to pay for the contact lens exam which was $115 which is reasonable.

I went in the first time she checked my eyes and said I had one eye that was far sighted and one near sighted...hmmm but I said ok she's the doc. Well I couldn't see with both pairs of glasses she prescribed ok I come in and she checks my eyes again and changes the prescription and again I can't see. I see very blurry and I did let her know her response was you just need to get used to them. Well after several weeks of trying I decided to go see an ophthalmologist (eye specialist) he actually told me a had a cataract and thus is why I couldn't see. I'm not saying she isn't a good doc but I guess she needed to have dilated my eyes? What she told me when I called on the phone was that she had told me but she hadn't then she proceeded to say "everyone has cataract when they get older" and no need for surgery if vision is correctable with glasses. Which I proceeded to tell her it's NOT correctable I see as if I were looking out of clouds in my eyes! She did want me to come back so she could check my eyes again for the third time....but I did not, and she did say to get a second opinion about the cataract. But when I can't see out of my eye I think it's time for surgery. Long story longer...she did return some of the money I had paid for the glasses which were not cheap! I would recommend you get you eyes dilated instead of using that state of the art machine she has $50.00 extra bucks. She is very nice but just make sure if you feel something isn't right you do get a second opinion.

Very unprofessional , the staff didn't notify me not once …read more I wasn't notified once it's been 4 weeks since purchase date , still no call or update . However, today I decided id reach out to them. I paid for a new pair of glasses for my daughter with a bit of a higher prescription + add ons . Their lab sent her glasses with damaged frames .. They spoke over me each time I tried to ask for corporate or a higher up to speak with, and they didn't provide me with the information because they said their super intendent would better reach out to me. I feel like I was scammed , I paid $426 for these glasses and still don't have them in hand 4 weeks later, and now they want us to wait longer. They insisted I pick up the damaged glasses for my daughter, meanwhile they wait for the lab to remake them and receive them, so I can return to pick up the new ones once they're ready, but I'm not even sure if theyll notify me for that. No returns , although there is no fine print on receipt and I didn't see signs indicating this within their business . The community deserves honest people and good business , please do better. The staff member who assisted me at that time was kind, professional, and did an excellent job. Since moving to the new location, I have not seen her again. During my recent visit, I was examined for glasses. My previous prescription was -1.5, but after the exam, I was told it had changed to -2.5. I expressed that I preferred to stay at -1.5, as that has worked well for me. However, I was strongly encouraged to try -2.5, with the option to exchange if I did not like it. After trying the -2.5 lenses, they felt too strong and uncomfortable, as if my eyes were being forced to adjust to a prescription that does not suit me. Additionally, I was not informed that the exchange process would take a long time, which has been frustrating. It has now been almost a month, and I still have not received my glasses. When I called to follow up, one of the front desk lady staff members was quite rude and argumentative, which made the situation even more disappointing. Overall, I am not satisfied with the service, communication, or the handling of my concerns. I would appreciate an update on my glasses and a resolution to this issue as soon as possible. I am happy to say that this office is wonderful. The staff are so helpful, tentative, and caring. Dr. Moriyasu is patient, listens, and makes sure he has covered all issues and questions.
