Glasses or shades at night. Transition to regular lenses there are options for you. 5/5 Parking They have designated spots for this location which is nice when the shopping center gets busy. I would give Golden Optometry zero stars if I could. This is not the first time I have had an issue…read morewith this office, it has happened multiple times, and I am completely fed up. I scheduled an appointment for 4:00 PM. That is the appointment time I was given. I showed up expecting to have my exam, only to be told that I could not be seen because the doctor was no longer available and that I was supposedly required to check in by 3:40 PM. Excuse me, but WHY was the 3:40 PM check-in time not clearly provided when I made the appointment? If patients are required to arrive 20 minutes before their scheduled appointment or risk losing their appointment, that information should be clearly communicated at the time of booking. And here's the worst part: NO ONE CALLED ME. Not a courtesy call. Not a warning. Not a message saying, "Please arrive by 3:40 because the doctor will not be available after that." Nothing. I wasted my time driving there, only to be told that I couldn't be seen. And this isn't an isolated incident, it has happened several times. A medical office should respect its patients' time and communicate important scheduling requirements before the patient shows up. Instead, I was left to find out the rules only after arriving at the office. Absolutely unacceptable. If you don't want to waste your time, make an unnecessary trip, and potentially get turned away because of information they failed to communicate, I strongly suggest going somewhere else.

Her vast expertise, experience, knowledge and unwaivering commitment to her patients and local community, is not only top-notch, but literally inspiring! Dr. Yun and her highly-trained staff, which includes Len, Esther and Julianna, never fail to display a level of tireless dedication and enthusiasm, above-and-beyond attentiveness-to-detail, added with people and communication skills, that is nothing short of exemplary.
