Making an appointment was as easy as calling the optometry and giving them information on my insurance plan (where they are able to look it up and tell you the benefits). On the day of the appointment, I recommend coming early to fill out the intake form as a new patient and bringing your existing prescribed glasses. Afterwards, I took some quick check-in test before seeing the doctor. Dr. Nguyen did my eye exams and she was wonderful! She was thorough, explained everything in an easy to understand/detailed manner, gave really practical and actionable advice, and answered all the questions I had. The front desk folks, Ben and Raul, were also amazing!! They were super friendly, kind, and helpful throughout my visit. What I most appreciated was that they explained all the benefits of my insurance and shared their recommendations on what frames and lense features to choose given my benefits. In terms of frames, they carry name brands like Gucci, Fendi, Versace, Prada, Tom Ford, etc. Plenty to choose from. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better optometry experience.

(The optician at Costco Optometry got impatient and yelled at her for being indecisive, plus their selection of frames were subpar, compared to Dr. Wong's inventory.) The glasses prescription she got from Dr. Wong were "absolutely perfect", per her words. "Everything is so sharp and clear."
