My boyfriend's mom mentioned it was a very pleasant experience and continuously kept raving about how much better it is versus Costco Optometry, where she previously got her glasses. (The optician at Costco Optometry got impatient and yelled at her for being indecisive, plus their selection of frames were subpar, compared to Dr. Wong's inventory.) The glasses prescription she got from Dr. Wong were "absolutely perfect", per her words. "Everything is so sharp and clear." She is enamored by the quality of the lens and the speed in when she received her frames. "I can't believe it's a perfect fit!" I will gladly refer anyone and everyone to Dr. Wong's office - she's the best!

I live an hour and a half away, so this wasn't a quick trip. During my second visit, another employee took my measurements and told me everything was good. When I got my glasses in the mail, I realized they had never recorded the measurement I came back to give them. It finally made sense why Kim had texted me after my second visit saying I needed to come back, even though I had already been there. Because that measurement was never entered correctly, my glasses were made wrong. Everything was blurry, and wearing them made me dizzy. I even messaged Kim to ask if the measurement on my receipt was correct, and she told me it was. It wasn't. So I had to make a third trip back to the store. Valerie made the situation even more frustrating. She changed the measurement right in front of me but kept saying it had been correct the whole time. Then she pulled up my old measurements from the Del Amo location, where I had bought the exact same glasses before, crossed out the incorrect number on my receipt, and tried to print me a new one with the corrected measurements like that was supposed to fix everything. It didn't change the fact that I had already made three extra trips because of mistakes on their end. I understand that mistakes happen, but the lack of communication between employees, the repeated errors, and the way everything was handled made this a really disappointing experience.
