Once she was making the keys for me she started talking about crazy things and her political views which was a big turn off I couldn't get out of there fast enough. I wish they had a big red hat on the business sign I would've not gone in in the first place. I will give them two stars because the keys work but be mindful that unless I'm wearing a big red hat don't talk to me about your big red hat stuff. Your views are your views and it's best to keep it that way when you're running a business. Don't make people uncomfortable when they come in to do business with you.

My dull knives were sharper than they've ever been in less than a day for a lot less money than I would have spent shipping them off. Michael does the work himself and took time to explain the different sharpening methods he would use based on the steel composition and degree of my blades. He's highly professional, considerate, and fairly priced. It's unusual to find someone that takes such great care. Do yourself and your kitchen a favor and give Michael a call!

I agreed - and when he came over, I had the Amazon website pulled up and asked him to put in the part and I would pay for all the parts myself right then and ship to his house. Kerry got really upset and said that he just wanted the cash from me for the parts and then just walked out of our house because I declined to give him cash up front without any assurance that he would order the parts we needed. I couldn't understand that if Kerry wanted me to pay for the parts why wouldn't he let me make the payment directly to Amazon. I was concerned that if I paid him for the parts up-front that I would never see him again or the parts. Kerry works out of his house and doesn't have a shop.
