This place has the best chicken salad--it's so fresh and yummy! Get it on a croissant and you will have the best combo of flavors. The cinnamon bites for dessert are such a treat. The service is friendly and it's such a great area. Will def stop back by when I'm in town again!
I had dinner here with some friends and we had a lovely, relaxed evening. I started with the Concert Season cocktail which was delicious. Apple infused bourbon made this a great signature drink. I had the salmon and quinoa entree with was excellent. The salmon was cooked nicely and the quinoa vegetable base and pesto all went together nicely. Service was good and they can easily split checks at the table with contactless payment. Parking is free and easy in the garage next door. Great spot for a relaxing meal.
Brunch at Garden Table is full of organic and healthy options. I ordered the Ladies Who Brunch cocktail which was fresh, floral, and fruity. My mom and I savored the Breakfast Sammie with a Chop Chop salad. It was a satisfying experience filled with fresh ingredients.
One of my go to breakfast places in Carmel! Their food hits every time and I always enjoy the quick service! I even love eating on the patio if I want to elevate the experience! Love the vibe here and food is even better!
The service here was fantastic! Our waiter on the patio made sure that we were well taken care of and was quick to offer suggestions when we needed them. I love the fact that inside there is a separate coffee and juice bar that you could order from. I actually didn't know this when I have been to Carmel, I will definitely stop in just for a coffee or juice in the future. The outdoor patio vibes are also great. They have a huge patio and then also more of a bar top that looks out at the Monon. Definitely a great place to grab a drink!
This location is breathtaking, the interior design is beautiful inside and on the patio. There's a good amount of seating for both but fills up quickly. The service was fantastic and everyone was accommodating and very kind. I went with the veggie burrito made into a bowl and it was phenomenal; ingredients taste fresh and very filling where I don't believe is a side is needed. Their avocado toast with egg is also a phenomenal brunch choice. If you love juices- this location has phenomenal options.
Loved my meal at Garden Table. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I had the steamed mussels with gluten-free bread instead of focaccia, and it was amazing. The mussels were tender and served in a rich broth: garlic, butter, white wine and parsley. The gluten-free bread was so good I had to double-check it was actually gluten-free, and it was perfect for soaking up the broth. I also had the Chop Chop salad with mixed greens, bacon, sunflower seeds, egg, avocado, tomatoes, pickled red onion, and their housemade ranch. It was fresh and flavorful, with just the right amount of crunch and creaminess. Great food, great vibe - I'll definitely be back!
I love the Garden Table brand. The downtown location is my favourite, but my Little was in town for the weekend for Purdue's fall break and we were up North so I decided to take her to the Carmel location. I tried to book us a table online and there were none available so we decided to try our luck as walk ins. We were seated right away (11am on a Saturday) which was strange as we couldn't book. Staff were friendly as they always are but they were out of menus for some reason so we did have to wait a while before placing our order. When we did get our menu's I was so excited to see that they have a collaboration with Salamat. I immediately ordered an ube iced latte and it did not disappoint. Unfortunately both myself and my Little ordered food with smoked salmon which was extremely salty - not usual for Garden table. We also had a side of potatoes and they were salty too. It wasn't my best Garden Table experience but I will be back because I do enjoy their seasonal menus, locally sourced ingredients, and overall vibe.
The food is excellent - I have gotten the same thing twice and my husband has too. He enjoys the basic b, but I love the chicken sandwich with potato's as the side. Service is good too, both times we have been. Hardly ever a wait!
I've passed this restaurant a million times between mass ave & Carmel. I always thought it was just a breakfast/brunch spot but it's way more than that. We tried it for dinner & it was beyond delicious. You could tell how fresh the ingredients were in every bite. We tried the pesto pasta, vodka pasta and the street corn dip for appetizers. It was delicious, the service was great as well as the environment. We sat outside and was perfect. I highly recommend. So if you're in the area and need breakfast, lunch or dinner they have everything you need. They even have a little to go were you can get fresh juices or coffee is you're just passing by!
We visit Garden table on different occasions and it never disappoints. The cold pressed juice and the pressed juice flight are the star of the show. Always a good variety and we enjoy trying the flights. Patio dining has a wait over the weekend but it's pretty okay as we get a message when our table is ready and usually there's so much happening in the area that you don't feel like you are bored or not doing anything. My husband and I arrived around 11am this Sunday morning, and the place was packed. We were quoted a 20 minute wait, so we decided to sit at the bar and grab a beverage while we waited. I ordered the espresso martini (10/10) and hubby got a cup of coffee. He prefers a mild roast, so theirs was a bit strong for his liking. He had to add 2 full servings of the little cups of cream that they provide before he could enjoy it. I'm not sure if they provide refills on the coffee, because he was never offered one. The 20 minute wait turned out to be more like 5 minutes. The gentleman behind the bar hadn't even finished making my drink yet. We were able to take those drinks to the table with us and they were added to our check at the end. The indoor dining space itself is rather small and a bit cramped. If our server was facing us, her behind was on the chair behind her and when she faced away from us to help the table next to us, it was right there in our faces. A guest had to leave their stroller in the foyer between the inside and outside doors. There did appear to be an enclosed patio dining area that was not in use. For our meals, I ordered the Beef Brunch Burger (also available with an Impossible patty) with the egg cooked over medium rather than sunny and without arugula. Arugula and my braces have beef right now (pun intended). That was served with fries and a spicy Sriracha aioli. The burger was cooked medium to medium-well and was very juicy. The egg was slightly underdone, but still good. The bacon, cheese and mayo/aioli were perfect. Overall, the burger was a solid 7.5/10. I had to add salt and pepper. It didn't taste seasoned at all. The fries tasted old, but the dip was good. Hubby ordered the Basic Breakfast (better known as Basic B), but he wasn't too fond of its given name. He got it with bacon, eggs over medium and white toast. He also requested grape jelly which was very delicious and house-made, I believe. He also ordered blueberry "pancakes" from the kids menu, on the side. My man likes his breakfast very simple and straightforward, so their unique take on pancakes was an unpleasant surprise. He barely ate half of one (serving came with two). He didn't eat the bacon and the toast was too hard/crusty. He ate the eggs, but didn't touch the roasted potatoes. He left there just as hungry as he was when he arrived! His words, not mine. I promised to feed him when we got home, which totally defeated the purpose of us eating out. Someone else brought our food out to us and from that point forward we didn't really see much of our server, Merelith. No checking in on us or offering of a box or bill. She was serving the table next to us, however. Ultimately, the gentleman from behind the bar took care of us until we left. We ordered two cold-pressed juices to-go, Neon Nectar & Lush Love. As an avid home juicer, I was not impressed. The Neon Nectar had good flavor, but for $9 each, I wished that it hadn't been so heavily diluted.

Ok the smoked salmon hash was so good! Very flavorful which I was worried about bc for some reason I've had a lot of under-seasoned things from various brunch places. I also tried a bite of my friend's fajita bowl which was also very good! The espresso martini was pretty (as you can see) but just so-so flavor-wise in my opinion. Oh well, can't win 'em all. The best thing you can do for drinks is get the mimosa bucket and split it with someone--I believe it was $36 and you each get 4 mimosas at like a 90/10 bubbles to juice ratio. Amazing deal!!! My only complaint is that there was a fire alarm going off for like a combined total of probably 20 minutes while we were there; but I'm not taking off any stars bc I believe it was due to the apartment building that's above the restaurant and was out of their control. My new obsession?! Yes! I've been waiting for Garden Table to open and it's beeeeeen a loooooong wait! I am grateful and thankful for them in the middle of Midtown surrounded by burgers and pizza places! Large space with outdoor patio seating, larger dining area, equivalent spacing at the bar and even a take out station with separate entrance and exit! Now let's be honest, every place is understaffed so people will need to be patient and understanding to a new location... secondly, staff are thrilled you're there, just be kind. Third, it's always a work in progress. My recommendation is to sit in the bar bc believe it or not, it's a lot quieter than the dining room- probably less concrete walls? However, the food is delicious, a little pricey, but this is elevated green food, not fast food. I had no issues except my quiche perfectly separated in half and that sorta bothered me- probably over cooked since it was hard, however, everything else was delicious, I've already returned and plant o order that Rachel salad every time! I love this place for brunch! Has a chic and energetic vibe. The food and drinks are creative and delicious! My favorites are the b&g (biscuits and gravy) and the teddy graham which I've ordered several times now. They also have fresh juice and cocktails, although I've never tried them. Keep in mind this place is VERY busy in the weekends, and you will likely have to wait a while for food. I recommend you make a reservation to avoid waiting for a table. I love Garden Table. My only meh about this place is the limited menu, but I am thoroughly impressed by everything I've tried. The mimosas with their own pressed juice concoctions are genius and delicious - even my traditionalist mimosa-loving mama was impressed. The avocado garden toast is my favorite - it's the preserved lemon that makes it so very worth it. If you are looking for a basic diner breakfast, this isn't it. But if you like healthier options with a twist, you'll end up loving this place. read more

This place is so cute for brunch! We walked right in and got a table for four people on a Sunday afternoon. Great atmosphere. Delicious food. Pretty location. One improvement suggestion is that the patio could use some extra fans above the patio tables nearest the building as it desperately needed air flow on a warm day. Would definitely return! read more
We came on a Saturday and it was pretty busy, but we were immediately seated. Very attentive wait staff. Pretty loud inside though! If you are wanting to make conversation ask to be seated on the patio (heated in winter) The coffee is Tinker and really well done. I love all their latte options. As for the food, I felt the portion was great and I left full but not feeling sluggish. Excited to have this beautiful space nearby! read more

My mom, sister, and I came here at noon for lunch. We ordered cocktails - espresso martini, aperol sprit, and the lush martini - at the bar while we waited for our table. The bartender was so busy, but he was quick and very friendly. For lunch, we started with the garden toast. It was good, but I probably wouldn't order it again. The chicken salad sandwich was absolutely delicious....one of the best chicken salads I have had. Kept it simple and clean, served with lightly dressed arugula. The famous salad was good. The dressing was different. The blt smash (add a fried egg) was phenomenal. Half priced bottles of wine on Thursdays! They are open for dinner which we didn't realize. Great experience. I got a their breakfast sandwich and it delivered. I got the breakfast sandwich because it seemed to be the reliable option, but Everything else on the menu looks delicious. Garden Table is such a cute new spot in Midtown. The outdoor patio is big and makes for the perfect place for a fun lunch with your girls! I tried the chicken salad sandwich and it was so tasty! We love garden table! We started out with ice coffee then followed with brunch. I got the BLT sandwich and it was yummy with the perfect amount of aioli. Their bacon is cooked perfectly crispy. Our server was so friendly and attentive. We will for sure be back! read more
One of my favorite brunch/lunch places to go to. Their food is always amazing and tasty. This was my first time getting the kale salad and I loved it! The staff is sweet and friendly. Makes the experience more enjoyable This location is right on the monon. There are some parking spots in front but they have free parking garages near by for convenience as well. read more
The chicken salad sandwich . The bread, salad and avocado just works so well. I never thought about adding avocado to chicken salad but I highly recommend! The semolina bread there is delicious and the perfect thickness. I've already been twice in the last month for this sandwich. Wonderful service and food! We came at noon on a Wednesday and were promptly seated outside. They have a beautiful patio area with lots of tables. I ordered an iced chai latte and it was exactly what I was craving. I ordered the kale salad and it was very good! I got the ginger dressing on the side and I'm glad I did because it's very gingery so I'm glad I was able to control how much of it I used on my salad. We were in no rush so it wasn't a big deal but our food did seem to take a rather long time to come out. Overall wonderful experience and I will definitely be back! read more

My first visit to this location was a just ok visit. To order a salad with no addtl protein and a shareable appetizer of deep fried olives which were supposed to be castelvetrano variety appeared to be regular small olives as they were more oval than round for $30 is crazy expensive (excluding tip). The appetizer is a shareable size so I would suggest they consider offering 2 sizes/prices, if eating for one, otherwise it's a lot of fried olives to consume. This was my first try on fired olives and it didn't leave me wanting them again. The salad was just ok as well. It came with a bit of avocado, s I'm me bacon lots of cherry tomatoes yellow and red some supposed mixed greens which looked pretty much like endive and that's it, sunflower seeds (egg and cheese which I opted out of due to food allergies). The dressing was not all that flavorful. Although the food was fresh and looked good, it did not meet my expectations. Our server Chuck was friendly and accommodating. The decor and design is great and they have ample seating. They do have a coffee bar available that's connected but also has a separate entrance. From the hostess and server to the bartender, all were happy and friendly which is nice! I think I expected something different after having a meal at the Mass Ave location which I really enjoyed. I don't like leaving a less than stellar review but I don't think I'll go back. read more

I wanted to try something new for dinner, so I decided to try The Garden Table Carmel tonight through Uber Eats. I had heard wonderful things about Garden Table and everyone was right. I ordered the Rachael with Friends salad and the sweet potato and brussel sprout hash. Both were phenomenal! The Rachael with Friends salad contained quinoa, bean sprouts, chickpeas, and red onion. It was very fresh, very healthy, and tasted wonderful! The sweet potato and brussel sprout hash was very fresh and healthy as well. I do plan on going to The Garden Table Carmel in the near future, because I would like to see the actual venue myself and see what the customer service looks like, which I'm sure is excellent. Another healthy option for dinner that was a wonderful success! Thank you The Garden Table Carmel for creating such wonderful healthy dishes! Garden Table is an absolute Indy brunch staple, so I had to try the new Carmel location. Before we get to the actual eats, the styling of this spot is gorgeous. You can tell there was thought put into the finishes and fixtures. I can't wait for summer patio weather! The menu is full of elevated brunch food with very fresh ingredients. Another thing I love is that the portions are generous without being overwhelming. I also get a Lush juice Mimosa, it's a must for a place that has fresh pressed juice. I had the veggie quiche, which was delightful, and my husband had the breakfast burrito which was great and came with a vibrant verde sauce on the side. read more

Had a delicious dinner here while visiting a friend in Carmel! The restaurant itself if beautiful, and the food was fantastic. The only thing I wouldn't recommend is the cocktail I ordered - P!nk's Government Name - because of how strong it was. Otherwise, we started with whipped feta as an app which is a must try! I'd also recommend the pesto pasta that I ordered as an entree. Garden Table also serves breakfast/lunch, which I'm sure is just as great! read more
