She said it all tasted great, and had me taste the potatoes, but between the bacon & potatoes, it was on the greasier side (in case you are sensitive to that). The bar area seemed to be the only open section, and that was half-full at best. As someone in the industry, I get staggering tables, but to be so b*tchy about it is unacceptable. With both a street fair and the Bison game happening that same day, management should have expected that level of business and staffed accordingly.
