The young guy told me it was $30 and that's a really good deal so I decided to get it done since there was nobody else in the salon but me and I had time to spare. They were fairly quick, 45min maybe less. The guy did my mani while the lady did my pedi. Efficient. They were nice and quiet however towards the end of the mani pedi, they seemed like they were in a bit of a rush to have me leave without even checking to see if my nails were dry. In this rush, one of my nails were slightly smudged so it needed extra top coat. Now since my nail polish choice was white and the top coat they use has a pink/red tint this made that one fingernail pink. It's more of an obvious colour difference in real life but I've attached a pic, it's the middle finger. So be warned when choosing a light colour polish. Hopefully ill get better service if I choose to return in the future. [EDIT] I changed the star rating from 2 to 4 because the next day I came in and showed them my nails. They fixed it. Sucks it wasn't done right the first time and I had to spend more time to get it fixed but again...hopefully next time if I go back it'll be done properly from the get go.

Said yes and then promptly got a return call in 15 mins they were ready for me. Tech was Lux and he was amazing. Professional, thorough and very communicative about the treatments as it went on asking if any adjustment were needed. Technique was excellent and he looked over his work several times before presenting to me for approval. The salon was laid out very nicely and extremely clean. All of the staff were very nice and I noticed they know most of the clients walking in the door as many of the staff looked and welcomed them by name.....very impressive!!!!! I also appreciated that they didn't try to upsell any services, while I was somewhat surprised that a menu with prices wasn't presented to me. All worked out well and the price was extremely reasonable. Bottom line this is a top scale salon and I would highly recommend it.

I have been a regular customer at Pro Nails since they opened. I live in Quail Ridge and like to support the local businesses. There was absolutely no issues with my toenails when went to Pro Nails for a routine pedicure. The nail technician cut the nail of my right big toe quite short and when I left it was painful. That evening it got progressively sorer and by the next day the toe was very infected and it was painful to walk in shoes. I was extremely upset, I have been getting pedicures for the past 30 years and never had an issue. I soaked my foot and used an antibiotic cream on the toe and by the 2nd day it was healing however still infected and sore. I dropped by Pro Nails to let them know that after my pedicure my toe had become infected. They totally denied having anything to do with the infection and told me that I had an ingrown nail and to go see a Dr., they did not take any responsibility whatsoever for the infection that was a result of the pedicure I received. I don't have an ingrown nail, I have an infection caused by the pedicure I received at Pro Nails which they 100% denied.

Let me share my experience - upon arriving there were 4 technicians just sitting at their spots doing absolutely nothing so I asked if they had time to fix a broken nail that I had and they said have you been here before I said yes, and they looked up my name and phone number in the system said that I was not in their system, ok however I have been there before. I then said if you guys don't have time then that's totally fine. I will go elsewhere, but as I saw a four technician sitting there and doing absolutely nothing and one technician actually doing her own nails I thought they had plenty of time to fix a broken nail. The lady at the front started speaking in Vietnamese to the other technicians and said they could fix my nail for me so I sat down to get my nail fixed, and then all the technicians were speaking in Vietnamese about me pointing at me and I obviously know they're talking about me. As a technician started to shape my nail it was completely crooked and not the same shape as my nails at all so I told her I could help her and she said OK. Then all of a sudden another technician came over after them speaking in Vietnamese again and said sorry we don't have time to fix your Nail because her client is coming. I was like OK. Well she already is in the middle of fixing my nail and she's like and it's also gonna be $15 to fix your one nail and I was like that's fine. I'll pay whatever it cost even though that's absurd. Keep in mind the Nail they fixed was a very basic plain white French tip nail. When the lady finished I handed her $15 cash and said thank you and the other technician said super rudely yeah her other client is here, but there was no one that entered the salon and the other three technicians were still sitting there doing nothing I said thanks and I left. I went and sat in my car for 10 minutes outside the salon and no one walked in. Needless to say in all the years I've been to nail salons I've never been treated like this and I can definitely see why their salon is dead on a Saturday because they treat their customers like trash. This salon is less than five minutes from my house and I was planning to go there and be a regular customer as I get my nails done every two weeks but I absolutely will not be. Don't waste your time or money here!!!!!
