It was all done in under an hour. My only complaint was the french manicure only lasted 1 1/2 days and started to chip off?? It wasn't a shellac finish as that is more expensive. I chose white, but I kept telling her there was bubbles on the nails, so she would scrub off the top layer and put it on again. It was the white color that had the bubbles in the majority of the nails . She was careless in filing off the top layer and it hurt! I told her I had to go, and asked them not to charge for gel... and they refused! I paid $95 and left, frustrated and upset. After getting in my car, I realize the nails have weird shapes and completely uneven! I had to refile them to get them shaped and even when I got home. I can't wait to get them soaked off as the bubbles are driving me nuts!

From the start, she was sweet and easy to like, though I'll admit I used to inspect my nails closely after each visit, looking for imperfections. A year later, my nails are healthier than ever, and those worries are long gone. I don't even stress about choosing a color anymore. Amy knows me well enough to guide me or pick something perfect when I can't decide. I've truly had the best manicures of my life this past year, all from this little shop. Amy is clearly loved and valued in the community. Many of her clients are locals, and even their husbands sometimes stop in for a pedicure! While a bit of patience is occasionally required since she's the sole manicurist, she is absolutely worth the wait. You won't be disappointed. I decided on Acrylic nails as they are more sturdy than just gel. I was pleasantly surprised as Cindy did beautiful French nails for me. They weren't too long so I could get used to them. I felt so special and they looked beautiful on my son's wedding day. When the shop moved to it's current location, I followed (of course) and have been seeing Cindy and some of the other girls too. My mom and I got pedicures and we agreed that it was one of the most thorough pedicures we'd gotten and the pricing was very affordable. I've paid a lot more for a lot less.
