My advice is to ask a lot of questions before hiring any plumbing company. Ask who will actually be doing the work, whether they are licensed plumbers or working under a licensed plumber, how emergency callbacks are handled, what happens if your installation isn't completed the first day, will they pull your plimber off your job to go.to another more urgent situation, will they discuss city permits with you and what protections they use inside your home, such as shoe covers. My experience taught me not to assume that "24-hour service" or "five-star experience" means the same thing to every company.
