I worked with Dennis and the Garage Experts team around March 2021 on a floor epoxy. Dennis came out personally to give me an estimate and provide some examples and context for epoxy options and process. They were a very professional team that delivered quick, high-quality results during our coldest month of the year. I couldn't be happier with the end results (before and after pictures attached). I'd highly recommend using them for any garage or epoxy work that you need!

As a homeowner, I couldn't be happier with the experience and highly recommend them. Vitaliy was excellent to work with throughout the process. He communicated openly about costs, risks, and timelines. His initial quote was the most thorough and detailed among all the bids we received (e.g. including a potential subfloor leveling cost range upfront to avoid surprises later on). He was also open to incorporating a written addendum I provided alongside the standard contract so that all project expectations were clearly documented from the start. When a supplier mistake from Shaw Floors delayed materials and forced my family into a longer Airbnb stay, Vitaliy stepped up and helped cover the ~$1,500 extra cost. That meant a lot to us. The crew treated our home with respect, the floors look beautiful, and throughout the project I felt I could truly trust Vitaliy and David's Flooring. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to other homeowners for flooring work.

They gave me a ball park price, and directed me to the showroom. I wanted flooring that matched the other room of the house. I was provided with samples (kind of large slabs), and was free to bring back the samples whenever it was convenient to me. Overall, they were relaxing to work with and not pushy at all. I made the date for them to come to rip the carpet out, and install the flooring. They were able to complete one room in one day. My request was finished within 3 weeks of contacting David's flooring. The additional great thing is that since my floor was already pretty level, the need to level out my flooring was cleared out of my invoice. So, they gave really great estimates. There were no hidden fees or surprises when I worked with them. Overall, that room was about 2k. The convenience and quickness was really worth it to me. Additionally, they removed and reinstall the baseboards which makes the finish much more professional look.

At that time, the wonderful sales person I worked with on my first order was no longer employed and they have this guy Marlon running the show now. I was candid with Marlon about why I had to redo my floors and needed a new estimate. Marlon was initially very pushy about getting directly involved with my claim even tho I told him I already had a contractor to do the work and I simply just needed the materials. After 20 minutes of saying no to his suggestion he finally gave me the estimate. He quoted me $4.19 claiming inflation impacting the price. Okay fine -- I go get the amount approved through insurance. Insurance approvals take a while so I didn't end up going back to actually purchase the floor until today, July 2025. NOW he's trying to tell me the price for the floor is $5.39. As if the cost of flooring skyrocketed up $2.39 per sqft in a matter of 8 months?! He told me to go back to my insurance adjuster and ask for more money and then it was clear to me this man was trying to take advantage of my claim by gouging the price of the floor. He knew my insurance was a grade for grade replacement and tried to leverage that to inflate what he wanted to charge me. Pure greed. Because how else does a floor go from $3 to $5.39 in 8 months?? Especially when I checked nearby competitors and no one else had raised their prices recently. I did love that floor but the pushy & predatory business practices were simply unacceptable (especially as a return customer) and I ended up taking my business elsewhere -- as should you.

He showed us some great samples and also saved us money on the Remnants that they had from previous jobs. They installed Quartz Countertops in our Kitchen and Vanities and they did an awesome Job!. Neil, their CounterTop installer is the Best! He is fast and a true perfectionist. Thanks to him, our house looks First Class! I recommend All Flooring Wholesalers to anyone doing a Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel. They are the Best!! and their prices are competitive. I ended up getting 4 bids (Costco, Granite Tile World, Home Depot, All Floor Wholesalers) to do our CounterTop Installation and they came up with the best pricing. We plan on having them do our Tile flooring in our Bathrooms also. Thanks Again All Flooring Wholesalers!

The owner was hesitant about installing another product other than what he carried, however agreed to once his installer saw the product. We were on a tight timeframe and needed the work completed before we moved in. We were told that the work would be completed by a certain date. We came home from our vacation early to give us time to paint the baseboards. To our dismay the work was not done, not even close to it. I left messages for the owner, no response. Finally after leaving a very pointed message he called me. No apology for not being done, just lots of excuses. It wasn't his product, it was difficult to work with the product, and so on. The work ended up being completed after we moved in, with trim that the installer removed not being put back up and trim missing from the original floors. On the last day of installation I was informed that they would not take away their garbage as the flooring was not purchased through him. Our contract included pulling up the carpet (which we did), removal of garbage to the dump, etc. I would not have even double checked the contract if the owner had not been an absolute jerk We wanted to give our business to a local person, however do not recommend this company. The owner is very unreliable, unresponsive and does not accept responsibility for not getting the work done within the timeframe given. He is just full of excuses. Although he did send us photos of the progress the first two days, not a word was said about not being completed on time. It took us coming home from vacation, expecting it to be done, that we found out that they were running way behind schedule. Unfortunately, good customer service is not in their vocabulary.
