I will be recommending I & E tile Services to all my friends! I wanted to find a great tiler…read morebecause I had a lot of tile work that needed to be done on our remodel and some of the tile had uneven edges and the kitchen tile had different shapes, so I needed someone who knew how to tile more than just basic tile. I asked an employee of the tile store if she knew of a great tile person and she immediately recommended Ivan. In fact, she told me that he was about to start a project on her house, so she really meant it. I called Ivan and he responded quickly. I immediately sensed that he knew what he was talking about and took great pride in his work which was important to me. Ivan and Sergei, who is also absolutely experienced and incredible, could not have done a better job! The tile was layed out perfectly, the grout lines are perfect and they cut the tiles so the pattern looks amazing throughout. Check out the photo I attached of the corner wall in my kitchen. The large fireplace really needed people with extensive expertise because it turned out that unbeknownst to me, those tiles also were not exactly even. Before this project, I hadn't realized that a lot of tiles aren't the same exact size even if you think they are, so you need someone who really knows how to handle that. Ivan and Sergei spent a lot of time with a laser light pointer to make sure everything lined up perfectly and the end result is fantastic! The fireplace with the little tiles was also challenging because the little tiles kept coming off the mesh backing they came on. Ivan figured out how to make them stick on their backing prior to applying them and the end result is perfect. They also did our bathroom for us including a glass shower nook and that too, came out perfect. In addition to all that, everyone at I & E is extremely professional, timely, great at communicating and friendly. They take great pride in their work and it shows. I'm very grateful for the amazing job they did. You won't be sorry if you hire them!

I called Ivan, and he said he only has a 1 year warranty. We removed the shower pan tile and found he did not do proper water proofing and it leaked through the corner of the shower. Now I cannot ahold of him. How can you trust this company when there is no store to find them at and they don't return your calls. I'm now stuck with a demolished, leaking shower. Stay away from this company!

We worked with Evergreen Granite this summer and it was truly 5-star. I highly recommend them…read more Some background. We were doing a full renovation of our home, including a full kitchen remodel. We decided to use Quartzite and understood there would be a number of challenges ahead, including very tight budget and time constraints. We had several contractors working simultaneously, and inevitably hit budget overruns and time delays. We interviewed and worked with several other major countertop vendors, and not only did their customer service leave much to be desired, but our selected vendor fell through at the last minute because they oversold their material. When we reached out to Evergreen, from the start everything was different. We were dealing directly with the owner, who supported us through the whole process, from slab selection to fitting, installation and everything in between. The quote was highly competitive and market-aware, payment was very straight forward and, though we had minor unforeseen issues, they were completely and masterfully handled. Even after the installation was done, we needed help with an issue that was totally outside his responsibility. In the end, we came out ahead of our remodel schedule, within budget, and with a fantastic kitchen. Truly, cannot recommend it further!

It took six months to get it done and at least half a dozen times of them coming back because they didn't communicate with their employees on what needed to be done, they didn't bring the right tools or materials, or it looked horrible and had to be redone. On one visit, the bathroom was left a mess, with plaster sprayed all over the walls and shower, and dirt tracked through house. They even used our hose to clean their tools and left plaster drippings all over our patio. The framing and building of the pony wall looked incredibly unprofessional, and even though they sent someone else to fix it, the end result still wasn't great. I would never reccomend or hire this company again.

Super Disappointed. That's how I will start…read more Long initial meeting, it could have been much shorter after I made my decision. Pricing was high but I went with it anyway. I did have to move my original install date out a month. No problem there. Installer did call and arrived on time. They did take care to completely cover the stairs and hallway. During the install I requested I get back my rather expensive shower head and was told it was in the trash. I requested them to go find it. I was told they would ship another new showerhead. Wasn't happy but said OK. Install was done in one day and first look it appeared good. Next day I noticed the bulkheads of my newly installed steps had pulled away. I had to have the contractor come back and fix them. Then I noticed the edge of the shower where it didn't come to the edge of the wall. They tried to hide it with caulk. And the floor trim was angled...they put a smear of caulk there too. Totally looks unfinished. A follow up call with Mike (?), I explained about the wall edge and showerhead. He said call back if I didn't receive it. Fast forward one month, I still do not have my showerhead and no-one has contacted me about the terrible finish. I cannot recommend this company as the follow-up has been non-existent. And now I am in whole for a bathroom that isn't completed. NOR have I heard from them about even paying for it!! No bills no nothing

Brian came out to my…read morehouse with a couple of colleagues, to see what my home looked like before my remodel and to measure and discuss my cabinetry needs for my kitchen, laundry room and bathrooms. Although there were a few missing components when we opened all of the packaging containing the cabinetry, Brian made sure everything was as it should be in the end and got me everything I asked and paid for with no argument. He even made a few deliveries himself. Brian was professional, extremely knowledgeable and helpful when I had questions or concerns. He had me come up to his office / warehouse location to look at some examples of what United had to offer, which I would recommend others do as well. He "always" responded back to me when I sent an email or called even when he was ill or on vacation. He explained things when I didn't understand so I could contemplate what I wanted, and we could go forward from there. When the remodel was complete, Brian and his colleague, Jade Hemmings, came out with a professional photographer (at my convenience) and took photographs. Jade made sure I was given copies of the photos taken, which was sincerely appreciated. I would highly recommend United Wholesale Supply Inc and anyone lucky enough to have Brian as their sales associate, would be lucky to have him.
