Beer was awesome and the music and tacos were great! Will definitely stop by again. The staff were extremely friendly!

A limited amount but good choices of beer on tap including cider. A variety of seating options including a nice patio which is perfect for the golden hour. Would love to come back and spend more time when the food truck is there.

After living near this establishment a year now, we finally got a chance to check it out in past weeks & earlier tonight with friends. It's a popular hangout spot with the locals, including our little Stoneridge 55+ folks. My husband loves the beers while I love the can cocktail drinks - they'll fix it up in a glass with ice and salted glass rim. I love that they support the local San Diego craft beers and craft cocktail drinks. They also have a variety of catered food from local vendors and participate with local events including artists, music venues, Swapmeets, car shows etc. And the surrounding views are to die for. Check it out if you're ever in the area!

The third anniversary celebration at Garage 79. Multiple car clubs attending, a good band playing and great beer!

A surprise in the middle of back country ranches and farms. They are a micro brewery. Many good beers. Music. Usually tacos and salsa available. And the trip to and from is scenic! Check it out!

A quaint brewery with "local" (San Diego) beers. The beer was chilled which on this day where the weather hit mid 90s, was refreshing. The bartender was friendly, and made us feel welcome. There's plenty of seating throughout the brewery, but only a select few inside. Be mindful of the space when coming during the middle of the day, cause it's dry weather. They do have a covered awning with fans. Outside they have a food service that rotates cuisines. A hidden gem to say the least.

We stopped by here on our way to Temecula. This place is so awesome. Service is top notch and the beer is great as there are many to select from. There's a food truck that has plenty of good eats to choose from. The ambiance is pleasant and definitely worth the trip to visit.

This place is a great road stop destination. Like you plan your trip to end up here. It's just such a unique little bar. They really did the ambiance up cool. Just a cool vibe. Out in the middle of nowhere. Great vistas. Great meet up place. I missed food truck but found it a nice watering hole for the loop.

That cool place when you fancy cold beer and street style food break during your road trip in our beautiful SoCal! We liked this spot quite a bit. It's located in the middle of nowhere. It was a nice surprise to see it on the side of the road without having any early notification that the bar was there. The inside has cool and nice vibe. It's clean and organised. You can sit inside or outside. They offer few different kinds of beer. The list is short but they have lager, IPA, and ale. I am ale beer drinker and really enjoyed my red ale. My partner's lager was good too. Both had character and were refreshing and east to drink beers. There was small food place attached to the bar. They served freshly made Mexican food. We tried quesadilla and torta. Both were good. Even though the cook served fried chicken with sandwich, she refused to replace beef with chicken in the torta I ordered. It was weird that my request couldn't be fulfilled. Oh well, and this is the only reason for four stars. Definitely stop by here and have a beer or two.

Small place in the middle of no where, making it a good ride spot. It was a converted garage. Has a few beers on tap. A bunch in a fridge. Couple sodas and seltzers. Two video games. They have a food tent set up with really good food, but it was rather on the costly side. It was $16 for a quesadilla. The staff there were all friendly.

Every time we drop by, Omar has created some new cool feature. So don't drive by without stopping in. You'll miss out on a relaxing fun cool experience. Omar and staff are doing the roadside experience the way it was way way back in the 40's 50's. They have several great beer on tap, but it all started as a bottle shop; Beers of all grades from unique breweries. Wine and hard ciders. Cool sound tracks from a vintage 33 rpm player and a full sound track player. On slow days Omar is cranking out fresh sandwiches. On weekends you can find stone oven pizza, amazing tacos or even BBQ! And on their anniversary March 26 there is always an amazing air cooled auto show with VW, Porsche ETC! Like I said, make the trip out from Temecula wine country. 30 minutes out on 79S. Excellent patio views of the Cleveland National Forest.

We visited here for the first time last week and had a GREAT time! The owner, Omar, is very welcoming and it's obvious that he wants all of his patrons to enjoy themselves. The decor is funky cool, perfect for that space. He made sure that we got exactly the beers that we liked best. The vibe was very friendly and relaxed, we had conversations with several of the other customers. The food is brought in by different companies, when we we're there, we we're lucky enough to have the birria tacos, chips and salsa. Not only was it excellent, it was reasonably priced. We will definitely be back!

I absolutely adore how welcoming, kind, friendly and laid back this place is. Admittedly, I was a little skeptical about pulling over here but once you walk inside all love. They have arcade games! Totally a place that pulls at the nostalgia heartstrings. I love the feel of community that Garage 79 gives off. I think I've found my little secret hide out on the way to Anza.

Food: 5 Service: 5…read moreAmbiance: 5 Hidden gem alert! Tucked into an unassuming strip mall, you would never guess such a sexy, sophisticated spot is sitting right in the middle of it all. From the moment we walked into Fugghedabout, we were stunned. The space is dark, sultry, lightly dimmed, and incredibly chic, something you'd never expect here. It has a very grown up, intimate vibe (21+ only), perfect for date night or a night out with friends. We were lucky enough to visit on a night with live music (they have it Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays), and it completely set the mood. Even though it wasn't very busy, the energy was wonderful and the music was excellent. Service was top notch. Meghan was fantastic, friendly, attentive, accommodating, and so helpful throughout the meal. Faith, the owner, also stopped by several times to check on us, which earned major points. Such a sweet touch and much appreciated. Now the food... wow. We started with the seared scallop special topped with caviar, and it was outstanding, perfectly cooked, with the caviar adding just the right touch of saltiness. Honestly, we wanted to order more. The hot goat cheese with hot honey appetizer was delicious and so comforting. Definitely get extra bread, you'll want it. Since it was Taco Tuesday, we tried the taco trio with chicken, steak, and shrimp. The steak and shrimp were standouts. The chicken was slightly dry, but overall we really enjoyed them. And the biggest surprise of the night was the shrimp and sausage skillet. Absolutely incredible. So flavorful and rich, and again we needed more bread to soak up every bit of that delicious sauce. We also ordered the crème brûlée for dessert, which was good. The sugar topping was slightly thick, and I'll admit I'm a bit of a dessert snob, so while we enjoyed it, the meal itself was really the shining star of the night. I'm already dreaming about my next visit. I was genuinely impressed by everything, service, ambiance, food, and live music. This place is a whole vibe. Five stars all the way. Highly recommend for anyone looking for amazing food in a sultry, intimate setting. I've already recommended it to several friends. Thank you Meghan and Faith for such a great night. We'll definitely be back!

Imagine an elegant Wine Bar with dim lighting, an Old Skool atmosphere, and a wine list and menu of entrees and appetizers that will challenge any palate, compliments of Chef Orquedea. It was our first visit, arriving just as they opened, and having the whole romantic, classy speakeasy all to ourselves, our server Megan, made us feel right at home. Ensuring we received a little history about the establishment, the day's specials, and what some of their customers' favorites. To begin the experience, we received complimentary glasses of sparkling wine in celebration of their one-year anniversary, which was a nice touch. After a brief moment, we settled on sausage and three-cheese skillet appetizers with a house baguette. The two dishes arrived piping hot, gooey, and enticing! Amazingly delicious to say the least! Kudos to their place settings, glassware, and cloth napkins. Our selected wine was excellent as well, and the selection is very worldly and admirable. THIS is my favorite date place in the area!!! Chill, fashionable, comfortable seating, gorgeous bar, soft music in the background allowing for conversation, and the restroom provides a pleasant surprise as well. Hours of operation hover around Happy Hour and dinner, closing at 9 PM on weekdays and 10 pm on Friday and Saturday. Looking forward to enjoying their live entertainment and themed events in the future, at which time I will follow up on this review. Thank you, Faith, Megan & Orquedea for a wonderful time.--

I was excited to try it since I hadn't been back to this location since it was Tu Madres, which I was a big fan of. The menu looked promising, and having live entertainment was definitely a major plus. Unfortunately, our overall experience was a bit underwhelming. We made a 6:45 p.m. reservation through OpenTable and requested a high-top table. We ended up being seated at a standard four-top next to the restroom. While it wasn't our preference, the restaurant was busy, and I completely understand that it's not always possible to accommodate every seating request. One thing that was disappointing was the beer selection. The menu advertises craft beer, but under the "Craft & Canned" section it mostly listed domestic staples like Coors Light and Michelob Ultra. There were only a few craft options on draft, and unfortunately the ones our group tried weren't particularly enjoyable. The guys ended up leaving them unfinished and ordering cocktails instead. We ordered the French 760, which unfortunately missed the mark as well. It was overly sweet, and the sugar rim melted down the glass, leaving the stem sticky and messy to hold. The appetizers were actually one of the highlights of the meal. Both the fried artichoke bites and the fried cauliflower were flavorful and well prepared. Service is where the evening started to unravel a bit. After our appetizers arrived, our server didn't return for about 25 minutes. When he finally came back, he asked if we were ready for the check. We had to remind him that we were still waiting to order our entrees. Once we placed our order, the food arrived quickly. Of the entrées, the Steak Frites was excellent and easily the standout dish of the evening. Unfortunately, both the Pasta Pesto and the Pasta Vodka were disappointing. The penne was overcooked, and both sauces were very bland and lacked the flavor we were expecting. The true highlight of our visit was the live entertainment. This was our first time hearing Jessica Michelle perform, and she was phenomenal. While playing the keyboard, she effortlessly covered country favorites spanning multiple generations. Her voice was absolutely beautiful, and she created such a fun, welcoming atmosphere. We'll definitely be keeping an eye out for her future performances. We're not writing off The Local on 50th. I spent over 20 years working in the restaurant industry, from family-style restaurants to fine dining, and one thing I learned is that every restaurant can have an off night. It happens. There was enough potential here that we'd be willing to give it another try and hope our next experience better reflects what this restaurant is capable of.

Stagecoach surprised me as I reflect off roadside diners…read more The vibe is very roadside diner, classic look feel, decor and outdoor patio with a country side atmosphere. They allow dogs which is great and the seating outside is pretty open. The service was amazing, our host was very accommodating and tried to make sure we Got our food in a timely manner. She was great with helping me choose between my Philly and another sandwich. Overall very sweet and accommodating. The food was a surprise... just as the standard of roadside diners is quick and easy it's seems like stagecoache does their best to bring that fresh element to it all. My Philly was pretty good to be honest, the bread was not dry, they had a good amount of the steak 'mix and cheese in the sandwich. I got half fries and half onion rings ... I would say I would have liked more than just three onion rings .. but we ended up just ordering a side order. The sweet potato fries, fried mushrooms and burgers were also good. They did a great job in what they bring to the table, it's not greasy which is a plus and the food is thought out , has great flavor, and when it comes to measuring against other roadside diners .. stagecoach deserves the 5 star.

The pancakes were delicious and the links were great. The coffee was great. The price was reasonable. Went there on a weekday so it was pretty well open. There is plenty of parking.
