I watched a sales associate excitedly greet two women who were also shopping for bras. I waited for her to come out of the fitting room to help me. She did not help me or even acknowledge me. Nor did the other two sales associates who were there. Two other women came into the store after me and were also greeted in a friendly manner. I don't want to think that I was ignored because I was the only person of color in the store, but I can't figure out any other reason why I wasn't shown the same courtesy. Very disappointing as I've heard good things about Soma bras.

This trip was my forst time at the Roseville Galleria location. Stopped in and was immediately greeted by Sales Associate Izzy who was at the front entrance area. She asked if I was looking for anything in particular, to which I replied I was looking for a Christmas gift and had been looking as several different items. We started in the the jewelry section based on my initial expressed interests with the bracelets, and then onto some smaller purses; specifically the clutches. And then we eventually made our way to the back to look at the designer shoes & belts. Ultimately with Izzy's assistance I settled on the following: Tory Burch clutch (black) Tory Burch belt (black) Overall: Izzy was extremely helpful throughout my shopping experience, and happily answered all of my questions. Yasmeen greeted us right away and provided excellent customer service from the start. I told her I was looking for a specific style of undergarment, "boy shorts", and she immediately went to the back to grab a pair for me to try. When that one wasn't quite what I was looking for, she quickly brought me another option, and it was exactly what I needed. On top of that, I was wearing a blazer dress that had lint all over it. My husband casually asked if they happened to have a lint roller, and Yasmeen didn't hesitate, she said, "I do! I got you!" Total lifesaver. I ran to the dressing room to put the shorts on while my husband checked out, and when I came back out, he already had the lint roller in hand. Yasmeen and Bernie, who was also incredibly warm and welcoming, both went above and beyond to help us in a time crunch.
