TJ greeted us immediately and made my son feel like he was his personal shopper, checking for sizes in the back, suggesting different styles, telling us about great sales options. The store was clean, organized and well staffed. The set up and displays made it easy to find items quickly. Kudos to the manager! And Amauri at the cash register was just as amazing. He efficiently helped us check prices on line and we saved quite a bit of money. He was pleasant, funny and patient. I can't decide what's worse, the in store service or the customer support via the phone. Between 3 purchases, I've been left sorely disappointed every time. The employees only partially took the ink tag off of one of my items, and when I had it removed at another store later, it burst. Secondly, I got a return balance put on a gift card, and when I came in to use the gift card the next time, I was told it was empty. Customer support was no help and nobody spoke understandable English. I strongly advise to go to any other store in the mall. read more

Female Workers are absolutely so mentally slow. They just stare at you when you ask questions and have the nastiest attitudes. Worst customer service, terrible attitudes, and definitely not smart. Took forever to get help at the register after they were told someone was waiting to check out, they just stare as if they don't understand what you're saying. read more

I was drawn into the store by their large "Entire Store Buy One, Get One 50% Off" sign. My 16-year-old daughter spent 30 minutes carefully selecting eight items, trying them on, and getting excited about her picks. However, when we reached the register, the cashier casually mentioned that several brands weren't included in the promotion--despite the sign's clear wording. Wanting to avoid any surprises, I asked the cashier to remove any non-qualifying items. Shockingly, seven out of the eight items didn't qualify. Though frustrated, we still made the purchase, assuming I had somehow misread the sign. But as we walked out, I snapped photos of the sign--nowhere did the fine print mention exclusions. This feels misleading and deceptive. My daughter used to love this store, but after this experience, we'll think twice before shopping here again. Very disappointed. read more

I was checked out by Addi, she was seriously an angel. So sweet , boosted my confidence, checked the back for many items I was bugging her about but did it so happily. Never seen someone love their job so much. I would not recommend coming to this location, most of the employees were fine ,but I came in around 3 , and I walked in and was greeted , but when I walked around the store I noticed one of the workers behind the cashiers counter (she was wearing glasses and had brown straight hair ) she kept staring at me as I was shopping and looked at me as if I was going to steal and kept death staring at me when I was walking around the store it made me feel like she thought I was a criminal or shouldn't be shopping there. When you have a bunch of 20-year-old girls running a store like this you can bet that it's not gonna be a good experience. Walked in and store is a mess. Friday early not busy. Three girls were standing behind the counter talking and laughing, three people got into the line the only people in the store. The girls continue to chat and laugh and then one of them realized that maybe they should open up another register. Then at the register asked me if I had an account and I said no. Then I saw a little sign that said I could save five dollars if I signed up and I said, if I sign up I say five dollars? And the girl was like, oh yeah you can do that if you want. And I was like heck yeah I want to save five dollars. So she reluctantly took my phone number and signed me up so I could save the five dollars. I understand that you're trying to help kids get a job, but if you're going to run a store you should at least tell them what the expectations are. read more

Overall I love pac sun as a brand but this location has terrible customer service. I didn't get the employees name but it was a girl working in the afternoon on 4/26/22. She was blond, had a spray tan, wearing stripped pants with a black off shoulder top. I had a return to do. There was someone in front of me so I was waiting for a few minutes. I was probably in line for a total of 5 minutes. This whole time the girl and two other employees were on their phones, not paying attention to customers and talking about customers "bad style". To cashier number: 571341, it's offensive when you hold up a return between your thumb and forefinger. If you are that concerned about contracting COVID from an in-store return, wear gloves. Info for customers: You do need a number with us in order to do a return, our system will not let us do it because this is our way of keeping track of orders/inventory. It is not our personal choice to not accept your items. Also, you CANNOT return washed items. For returns: we do need a receipt if you want your money returned to you rather than merch cards or exchanges. If you pass the 30 return policy, we HAVE to give you the money on our merch cards and the original price is lowered to its price at the moment. SALE items are nonreturnable. Online returns: if you payed through PAYPAL, our system will not even recognize the info if we type in the receipt, this is why i usually show the screen when i type it in to show the customers that i honestly cannot do anything about it. There are instructions at the bottom of your receipt on how to return them online. If you didn't pay through paypal and used your card, we are able to accept it, just PLEASE make sure you have your receipt with you. Please be respectful and understanding that we don't make the rules that we genuinely have to follow. False advertising!! I have had 3 separate incidents where signage is placed in a way to mislead customers. I thought I had learned! This time I read the fine print VERY carefully. When I checked out I noticed that I didn't get 50% off the second pair of denim shorts, the young lady assisting me seemed puzzled too. She called over her manager and he looked me right in the eye and told me that they had been moving clothes around and that the sign was for pants only. Take a look at their display. Does it look like the signs aren't referring to the denim shorts all around them? I will never spend money there again. read more

I was in need of size in mens jeans that were too high to reach, I asked an employee and he circled around the store and never sent anyone to help me. I had to pull all the jeans down and sorry but I had to pull them down. The other employees are literally talking on the cell phone or just socializing. Racial Profiling at its finest!!!! Yesterday 11/13/22 my daughter and nieces whom are 13 & 14 were stopped by an employee with dark brown curled hair. When stopped, my daughter was accused of stealing!!! Immediately the unprofessional employee asked my daughter "where is the green shirt" my daughter looking puzzled gave the lady her whole bag and saw there was no stolen anything in her bag then proceeded to ask to check other bags... when the girls gave the bags to the employee she was rude and WRONG! AND DID I SAY RUDE! no employee wanted to provide a name to give to corporate they said it was against policy to provide names??? When the girls went to get adults from the shop next door to let them know what was going on the and ask for a simple apology the employee quickly got an attitude. If you are wrong, own it and move on. Apologize when needed. My girls were embarrassed and had done nothing wrong!!!!!!! Now here it is today and NO ONE is answering the phone at PACSUN..... Whats crazy and bothers me more about the experience is... My daighter and nieces are all mixed.... 3 are significantly darker than the 4th and why is that the "whiter" looking niece was the only one not asked to show what was in her bag??!!!???!!! I think PACSUN employees need better diversity training and learn how to speak to people especially children in a professional manner especially when they are conforming to your requests and when they prove nothing was stolen a small "my bad" or "i'm sorry" is provided. read more

Debated or not about posting this on behalf of my daughter and I but thought it might help some people out. Ever since the Folsom location shut down my daughter and I travel out to Roseville occasionally for some retail therapy. Roseville mall is overall one of our favorite locations but sadly Pacsun is becoming one of our least favorite stores to go into. Although it is one of the cleaner and more well maintained stores, the issue we have is some of the sales tactics used. Usually all the girls are great but there is one individual that makes me and my daughter feel very uncomfortable (we think his name is Jeremy or Johnny) He not only pushes sales on us by telling us "what we should get" numerous times but also harasses us every time for the loyalty program. I know he is young and probably isn't aware but he isn't being a very good "face" of the company. Some comments he makes to my daughter makes her feel very uncomfortable. Everytime we think it'll be different and give the store another chance but this particular individual is ruining the environment for us. Also when my daughter goes in alone he somehow manages to give her 10% off each time but whenever mom is around he doesn't even entertain the idea. Word of advice, sometimes less is more. We've sadly now become only Pacsun online shoppers. If you're not a fan of shopping online we suggest you go out to Arden. read more

Pac Sun what happened to you? growing up you used to be the place to go for cool stuff and the latest board shorts and tshirts now if you tattooed head to toe and have stretched out 20" diameter ear lobs this is your place(sorry no offense just not my thing) and if it is yours knock yourself out! But this places selection has gone straight downhill everyone wants to wear skinny jeans and skinny jean shorts and a Smedium ( you know the size inbetween a small and a medium )shirt to match...totally disappointed and the service is nonexistent. read more

Cute clothes! I found it odd that at this Pacsun they don't have an actual clearance section. VERY HARD to find discounts. I know, I know, I'm a cheap ass but not really, I'm a bargain hunter. LOVE LOVE LOVE. This is probably one of my favorite stores. The employees are always so friendly and very helpful. If they don't have it in store they are always willing to look online to see if it can be ordered. I only have this review 4 stars because the sales that are honored online are not honored in store. The online store has a much wider selection but being able to ship my goods directly to the store makes up for it. It's alright here. The women workers are nice and helpful. But there is a guy here (that's Asian I think) but his selling tactics are terrible. He asked me 4 times if I wanted to do the BOGO sale.. To begin, I went into this Pac Sun about a little more than a year ago. When I left the store It was eerie by how poor the service was (Ex: Awkward yet distant mugging towards me. 15 minutes in store and still no greeting.) And the awful mess the store had become on such an ordinary day. BUT I was just at the mall a few days ago and my god did the store pick up its vibes. I was approached quickly by a young brunette woman with a beanie who must of heard my friend telling me about these new pants that were apparently "IN". She immediately took us to where they were located but didn't have much left. So without a second thought she told us she would bring some out. While she was gone I couldn't help but to think, "wow". She came back and not only showed us the product but explained the tech and knowledge behind it. I was very impressed on how dedicated she was to helping us and showcasing her knowledge of the product. Unfortunately I just wanted to take a look at them, so I felt bad that she went through all that work to just show me some pants I wasn't going to buy. But I assure you her effort did not go unnoticed. when i went in for one, not all the employees were wearing a face mask and they were also all behind the cashrap one of them was even sitting which is super weird to me but it also made me feel super ganged up on and in a weird environment, not comfortable to shop at, at all. then i go to check out and one of the filipino workers had his phone out put it away after showing everyone at the cash register and they all started laughing while i was being rung up like make it more obvious you are laughing at me. and the manager girl ringing me up was also rude and instead of telling them to b quiet she just was like sorry they are so loud which is also weird to me bc she easily could have told them to be quiet. overall super unprofessional and rude it made me hate the workers there and never want to go back because of that one experience. every time i go in it feels the same way that the workers feel they are better then everyone else and it isn't a comfortable environment to actually shop and buy things. ppl just need to be nice honestly i don't know what happened to being genuine. So I usually have a good experience at Pacsun, but yesterday was something else. So I walk into the store with my friend, 20 minutes before closing, I was greeted, I went into a fitting room, tried on a swimsuit and pursued to purchase it. There wasn't a tag on the swimsuit, so the cashier went to go look for the similar swimsuit so she could ring it up. She couldn't find one, so I thought she would go to the back to check if there were anymore swimsuits of that kind. Nope, she goes to the rack of swimsuits, picks some random top and rings it up. The total was around $25. I looked online to see the actual price of the swimsuit I wanted to purchase and it was $12.71. So I told the cashier, she gave me this weird, annoyed look and headed back to the rack of swimwear and grabbed this bottom piece and rang it up, to a total of $16.07. I was just astonished of how unprofessional she was. Me and my friend just have each other this look like "How did she even get hired here". She looked around the age of maybe 18/19. She clearly didn't know what to do. I get it, it's the end of the night, I'm your last customer, you want to go home and all, but at least try to act a little professional. And what happens if I decide to return the swimsuit, how am I supposed to prove that I actually bought it?! So I'm planning on just returning it today and ordering it online. read more
