As a tourist in Paris, If you are craving for some Indian food then this restaurant is your answer. After visiting galleries Lafayette, we came here which is just 3/4 minutes walking distance from there. Friendly hospitality by the owner lady and the service by Mohammad was excellent. We ordered seekh kabab and chicken tikka. So delicious couldn't wait to eat and forgot to take a photo ! Also tried chicken tikka masala with some butter and garlic naan, some plain rice and chicken vindaloo on the server's suggestions. He also asked us about our choice of the spice level which we wanted to be hot. Both dishes had lots of spice and flavours and was really of good taste. Portion size was good. Ended the dinner with some homemade kulfi. It was average. Totally Satisfied souls ! I would highly recommend this restaurant !

OH MY GOD! Best Indian food I've ever had! And trust me, I'm a pro in Indian food;) Indian and French food are two of my favorite types of food! And this Indian restaurant in Paris??!! Can't get any better!! I had the cheese nan and chicken tikka masala as usual. Their food is not authentic Indian food but with a twist. And taste fucking amazing! Sorry had to swear. It's not too greasy like all the restaurants in America. And everything was just very perfect and balanced! The cheese nan..hmmmmm... Oh god. I'm running out of words, sorry. Yes I cleaned the plate by myself. Feel I want more still but I guess I'll save it for next time. All their staff and director are SUPER nice and attentive even when they have a full restaurant. My regular spot now:)

Spent several hours looking for the best Indian restaurant in Paris. Decided on this one based on the other yelp reviews. I was really impressed with the friendliness of the staff. I was immediately greeted at the door with a warm handshake. I ordered butter chicken and garlic naan. It arrived fairly quickly and was just the right amount of heat for me (medium). While it may not be the best Murg Makhani I've had in my life (Indian Oven - Lincoln,NE) it was tasty and an ok portion size. The prices aren't cheap but they aren't crazy either. I'd come back and I think that says it all.

When I was planning my trip to Europe, I never would've thought I would end up eating at an Indian restaurant in the middle of Paris haha. One of my co-workers was vegetarian and we really couldn't find anything good for him in Le Marais, so we decided to just suck it up and take the subway over to one of the only Indian restaurants in town. Once the food started coming out, my co-worker was in heaven haha. We started off with some King Fisher beers, then ordered up some chicken tikka masala, chicken biryani, butter chicken, and best of all, garlic naan. I'll admit this is probably some of the best Indian food I've eaten (I haven't tried too many places), but damn this place was expensive. This dude must have a monopoly on the Indian cuisine scene in Paris because he can pretty much charge whatever he wants. The garlic naan was hands down the best naan I ever had. It was also the most expensive. I was shocked that it was 5 euro for a single piece. Usually for under $5 USD you get a whole basket full. Price aside, it was buttery and was covered with pieces of garlic and had huge air bubbles in it so you know it was made fresh. The butter chicken had big chunks of chicken coated in a thick and creamy tomato sauce. Garlic naan + the butter chicken sauce was a winning combination. Overall, the food was very good but you'll be paying a premium to get good Indian food in Paris. It was a solid meal but ended up costing 70 euro for just the two of us.

Lovely place and people !

The food was amazing. The owner made us feel like a member of the family. I will make a point to eat there the next time I am in Paris.

Solid 3.5, but rounding up to 4 because it's better than average (and the cheese paratha bumped it…read moreup). 100% vegetarian and Indian food. The pictures on the menu do not necessarily match up with the entree it is next to. Ate palak paneer and butter paneer for dinner with side of parathas, and an extra cheese paratha. Palak paneer left much to be desired, was a little low on the flavor side. Butter paneer was much better, a little sweeter, and had a coconut flavor coming through. The plain parathas were thick and fluffy, great for sopping up sauces. The cheese paratha was really my star of the show- it was a kinda of Brie/cream cheese filling that was gooey on the inside. Somehow, it really brought extra flavor out in the entrees. We arrived at an opportune time, so we didn't wait, but we were the last to arrive before the rush. After us, there was a constant wait and solo customers were seated in any available space, even with other guests. This did not impact us. The staff did not rush any of the guests to turn over tables and accommodate the rush. The food seemed to be made upon request and the staff was constantly moving and serving. In sum, if you are a vegetarian, looking for relatively cheap and tasty Indian food, don't mind a divey/crowded atmosphere, definitely check this place out- it clearly gets a lot of hype.
