The food is good. The experience, not so much. They did a bad job setting up the seating - too many big tables and the bar stools are too low. Also, getting soda refills is a pain in the butt. My boyfriend and I came were influenced on tik tok when we saw a video of this place. Everything looked so yummy. My boyfriend got a cheeseburger while I got the bbq chicken sandwich. We also got waffle fries, sweet potato fries and slaw. The sweet potato fries were yummy my boyfriend demolished it while I took care of the slaw. I did not finish the waffle fries however they were well seasoned. The only complaint I had was the bbq chicken sandwich not being on a sandwich bun instead of the bun I got. We absolutely love Origami so we were very eager to try their new burger spot and we were not disappointed. From the burger, to the friendly and helpful employees, to the various fries we tried, to the shakes... everything was top notch. Ingredients are quality and super fresh. Even the bread for the kids grilled cheese is made fresh in house! Impressive. Big congrats to owners Paul and Scott. But at the end of the day, this is too much for a place with a tiny parking lot, casual dining area and for a burger. And on their menu, Shake 16oz = $8. Received maybe 11 Oz in a 12 Oz cup and explained to me that they are "losing money" and that "gunthers" charged more for that ice cream and that they are going to "update" their menu. To be honest, I really don't care, give me what I paid for! And for that interaction alone minus 2 stars. They have about enough space for 10 cars, so good luck finding parking. This is a fairly new establishment so the hype is there, but I highly doubt it would still be around 2 years from now because as the employee said they are going to be "losing money". Wild these words came out of their mouth but OK. 22 dollar burger meals in this area is just not sustainable, I would still take In N Out over this. Went first-thing this past Sunday morning- heard they ran out of food around 2 o'clock on Saturday! We were second in line, so got right in and seated. Wasn't drinking, but they have a nice large bar with seating, with plenty of options on draft. The burgers were filling and delicious- opted for doubles, but may go for triples or quads next time. I chose to sit outside since the weather was so nice. The burger was decent, lacked flavor and left me a bit underwhelmed, it was well made and a good size, the fries were good, but again, nothing impressiveI've honestly had better at In and Out, even the gentlemen next to me complained a few times that they'd had better elsewhere. The Barback/server came out and made his rounds, asking how everything was. What was offputting to me was the young blonde server who came out and zigzagged her way around my table twice never asking if I needed anything, how the food was etc, but approached three other tables and even removed trash from them, left them with a "let me know if there's anything else you need". Man oh man do I love this place. Fried egg add on is the way to go and if you don't like the yolk runny just tell them! Super kinda and accommodating(within reason) staff which always seem to be in at least a decent mood. I'll gladly eat here every day if my wallet allowed, Which could be a someone else's hang up on trying this place. The price point is not the cheapest but the price is reflected in the high quality of food. I'll never hate on the OG Willie's but if I were to pick whether this place opened or Willie's opened, I'd pick this place a million times over. Stopped in for lunch with a friend on a Thursday afternoon, and it was fairly quiet. Based on the menu behind the cashier, you would think ordering would be simple. However, when we asked some questions about the pricing of substituting different fries and sides for the fries that come with the burger, it got confusing, as well as the math didn't add up. They also don't ask how you want your burger cooked. In any event, the food is pricey, especially for an "over cooked greasy burger and fries". The best part of the experience was the service people that delivered and picked up the food, were delightful. Overall it was just 'OK", but can't think of any reason to go back. This place is extremely busy and the food is delicious. The wait time can be mitigated by using the app. The app was kind of wonky though. It repeatedly was hung up at the payment portion. The wait staff were great. Bartender was friendly, and plenty of TV's to enjoy while you eat and drink your selections. There is an outdoor patio that was really busy. So glad something good went into this space! Great food, great atmosphere, and very kid friendly. The establishment that was here prior had not been good or relevant in more than a decade and so it is awesome to have a place to get a great burger and other fun stuff again. The burgers are really good and have a very unique Japanese style pickle on them, but I also particularly enjoy the Ahi Tuna sandwich and my wife loves the pastrami. They seem to be trying to get their menu down since opening which is understandable (hence the menu picture on this review). However, I wish they had not deleted the shoestring fries as a side with each main. Now you have to buy side separately which caused us to actually order less and wind up spending less which I am not sure was their goal with that. Maybe that's just me. Brought our family of 7, all very hungry from a weekend of sports and renovations on our new home up the road. We got a little bit of everything, quite literally. The burgers were some of the best we've ever had, the chicken sandwiches were cooked to perfection, the bacon was thick and cooked to compliment the burgers and Sandos. The food was basic maybe even below basic. Burgers I could've made at home better. No flavor, super burnt (that's all I tasted). Family took me and my husband here for our birthday and it's been a place we've been wanting to try. We went on a Saturday afternoon and placed our order. Once the food came out they had missed one of the burgers we ordered but the lady who was serving them decided to tell my husband in a very rude tone "no you didn't order that" only to then double check the receipt and realize that the burger was indeed missing. Another worker approached and reassured us he would make the burger. 10 min later it arrived. The entire rest of the night all we heard was "they forgot this" or " oh we're sorry we forgot we'll get it right out" the food itself was good, nothing to brag about since the burger patties were incredibly small, tuna sandwich was good. The service though was awful and likely we won't be going back if they can't get the orders right. read more

I was very excited to try this place out after seeing a Tik Tok video on it. I ordered a double burger, and me and my wife split the curly fries and onion rings. The burger was good. The curly fries would have been good, but we must have got the last of the batch, because only a couple of the fries were curled, the rest were just a bunch of small pieces. They were good, but also disappointing. The onion rings I was really looking forward to based on the video I saw. They had the potential to be good, but they were very overcooked. They do have a homemade ranch, but it's not my favorite type of ranch. I prefer a buttermilk ranch. The house sauce that they put on the burger was very good. Im glad I tried it out, and would recommend to others to try, but it's probably not the first place I would go if im wanting burgers. read more

First time trying the food here. We were craving a really good burger and decided to give them a try since they were fairly near our home and we were having it delivered. We both ordered the bacon cheeseburgers with waffle fries. Our order came pretty quickly and everything was correct and hot (to my surprise). Great ambiance and loved the outside seating! The young lady taking our order was sweet but so shy it was hard to interact. The waffle fries and curly fries were exceptional! Great ranch and sweet, tangy bbq sauce! However, the crispy chicken Sando missed the mark. The breading was not seasoned enough, very greasy, and gristle from thigh meat was tough to get through.
