Air hockey table

Great location across the street from the Seattle convention center arch. Can be a little intimidating with two stories of games. Can easily spend hours here and find just about any arcade game you can think over. All machines were clean and great working order. The staff was very friendly and service was excellent. Even during peak hours, there is ample seating and can accommodate large parties. We enjoyed the appetizers of chicken strips and an order of poutine. Both were good and hit the spot for an establishment known more for the games than the food. I would've preferred thicker gravy on the poutine, however my son enjoyed the thinner style gravy.

Was there for a group party organized by others and got a free unlimited card for the night, so I cannot comment on prices. This kind of place seems to be anachronistic, games are waaaaaay better at home with a console or pc. Very noisy with outdated arcade games from a distant past. The nostalgia effect lasted like 10 minutes, after that it was kinda boring and obnoxiously loud. Not sure what kids might think about it, didn't see too many, mostly adults. Not for me.

Lots of fun games to play, awesome drinks in the bar too! Took my godson after the Sounders match and spent the rest of our night, just having fun! Awesome service from both bartenders and game rewards people. Very welcome and clean interior, very well kept up. Can't wait to come back and rack up more rewards points!

If you're a fan of arcade games, this is the place to be -- Gameworks is nestled right into the heart of Downtown Seattle, and features many levels of all the classic games. It was a great way to spend a Friday night and my only qualm is that it's closed by 10PM on Fridays and Saturdays. The game tokens are fairly affordable and you get a decent amount of gameplay for ~$30 per person. Most of the games were functional, but there were a couple either out of order or acting up! I particularly loved the Street Fighter, Skee Ball, carnival-esque games, Pac-Man, Jurassic Park, among others! There are tons to choose from and I would totally come back with a larger group since there's something for everyone!

GameWorks is back! Not much has changed and they are still ramping up but I had a blast. The areas are clean and there are a variety of games. The bar areas downstairs and upstairs have seating and is 21+. They have a variety of drinks and the beer is cold. There is also a limited food menu downstairs as well. For the arcade, the machines worked mostly great. However, some of the games are pricy and it would be great if the credits were lower. For credit options, there are a few. I understand the staff are still getting up to speed but I asked if the options by the register were the only ones available only to find out there was a special as well (which I would have purchased as I spent more for less). I will be back to check it out again soon and see changes. Overall, it's worth going to as they work out the kinks.

Heads up: due to counterfeit bills, this place will not accept anything higher than $20 bills. I also did notice that there's a small fee when paying with a card for the restaurant. Other than that, the food and drinks were great, me and my fam had an awesome time playing the games. The prizes seemed to get cooler too hehe.

Ha! So fun! Sure we spent $200 between 6 people.... But we got 3 unicorns! Blah blah blah

A huge arcade spanning across two floors with lots of different games! There's even dedicated areas for various genres such as board games and PC. A couple of areas are blocked off still, but for the most part is open including the restaurants. I am only interested in rhythm games, particularly the dance machines. For DDR, this place has DDR Supernova 2, DDR Supernova 2, and DDR Revolution X for 10 credits each round. I tried two of the machines but the pads were too insensitive. There is a PIU XX though! It's a new machine that costs 12 credits to play. Note that it is popular and can have waits to take turns with other players. As for other rhythm machines, Pop'n Music was functional. The right side of left drum for the Taiko game is not however. A game card has an upfront $2 activation fee that deposits 14 credits worth $3.50. After purchasing, I filled mine with the supercharge value of 120 credits for $22. The Wi-Fi is slow and not reliable.

His friend's family reserved a private room for the birthday event, and I was thankfully able to locate it with the assistance of an employee. The service seemed decent. Orders were taken at a timely manner with food quickly being brought out and serving plates/trays cleaned up promptly once everyone was done grabbing food from the table. I really liked the cleanliness and décor of the place. Has a calming ambience with all the ocean vibes. I was not expecting duckpin bowling (I didn't do any research before coming here) but it seems ideal for a casual time. No one was really taking the bowling seriously since it was more of an event to get together, eat, and chat, so the duckpin bowling is good for all the kids to just bowl for fun and all the adults to chatter in between. I had some pizza, it was good enough (not cheesy enough for my preference but the taste was adequate). A fun time overall. I'm not inquiring about the price though lol looks a bit too fancy for me.

This is the fakest bowling alley to ever exist, everything is wrong. Came here to practice my bowling technique and it is impossible to do. Here is a list of things I wish I knew before coming: 1. Pins on strings. Not my preference- still manageable but makes for a different experience. 2. When booking online, it says shoe rentals included. There were no shoes. Make sure you wear shoes you feel comfy bowling in. It will affect your game. 3. Lanes are not oiled or properly marked!!!! This is the most important part of bowling otherwise you are just shooting blind. The balls were just going every which way regardless of how good your throw was!! 4. The space before the lane was wayyy shorter than a standard bowling alley making it impossible to do a proper approach!!! It took a whole game to adjust. I'm sure this place is fine to come for the arcade, laser tag, or other activities. But if you are expecting real bowling, you won't find it here!!!

Perfect for all ages really, but our crew of ages 5+ loved it and we could've stayed much longer than we did. When we parked we didn't expect this place to be so big but it's absolutely massive. They have a full bar, a restaurant space, the arcade area, axe throwing lanes, and even party rooms. It's huge! There's a tonnnn of games to choose from. Modern day ones, old arcade machines, claw machines, you name it! My son who is the gamer of the family was in heaven here. We ended up grabbing a couple drinks from the bar and it was so cool! They have fun themed cocktails plus a you-pour-it tap wall. And they have a ROBOT BARTENDER! I got a drink made by the robot and it was pretty good albeit very sweet. I got the Princess Peach one. My husband used the you-pour-it wall for cider and they had awesome local selections. We ended up eating at the restaurant too and their menu is pretty extensive! We got a couple different types of pizzas and for an arcade, it was pretty dang solid. We got a chicken pesto pizza as well as a cheese pizza. The kids loved their cheese pizza (hard to mess that up) and we scarfed down the chicken pesto! Also, did I mention your food is also delivered by robots?! Such a fun touch for the kids! They also have tables with game consoles and tvs on the wall which is a great way to keep hungry kiddos distracted. Definitely suggest checking this spot out, with or without the kids!

We were excited to try out the robot bartender. It made us giggle, but mostly just a novelty. The robots make limited drinks, the drinks are pretty sugary, and a real person still finishes it off. So honestly, do it once for kicks, then switch back to the actual bartenders to get a drink you want. It's just kind of for show. Did not try the pizza or any food.

Terrible... We had to wait 2 1/2 hours to get a lane. When there was three lanes the whole time not being used. There were three pool tables just sitting there, but not allowed to be used. No reason stated why. The prices are outrageous for their mediocre bar food and for drinks. One beer was $10... same as at the stadium... Our lanes became open about 9:15pm and they did not have my size 13's available, so I could not bowl with my group. At that time, there were 2 open lanes still. When the second game started, I went to the counter and they still did not have my size so I was never able to bowl with my group. I strongly doubt that tonight was the first night that they ran out of size 13. Unacceptable. During the first game, our balls were not being sent back from the machine. So both our lanes and groups had to wait 25 minutes for them to get our balls returned. While waiting, we had two staff members standing in the lanes, I am guessing to prevent anyone from throwing any until the situation ended. There was only one single bathroom for Men available. I literally waited over 20 minutes (no exaggeration) in line just to use the bathroom. Some men were using the Women's bathroom when no one was around. There could not have been any management on site, if there was, they should be embarrassed by the poor quality service, condition of their restroom facility, and use of their amenities for entertainment we're not maintained. Not good for groups, not good for food, not good if you need to use the restroom, not good for anything except dumping your money in the gaming machines. There are opportunities here; that are not being capitalized on, so return business from people will not be attracted.

After entering we went to sit in the bar area. First thing we noticed was several empty bar seats and tables but unfortunately they were stacked with dirty dishes and 1/2 finished drinks. That should have been a clue for up to go elsewhere. But we wanted to sit, chat and watch the games televised on the abundance of screens. After sitting down we waited 15 minutes and were not approached. I approached a team cleaning off tables/booths. I asked if we could sit at a booth and was told it'll take us some time to clean off. That took another 10 minutes. Upon sitting down in a few short minutes our waitress cancan took our our. Sadly we were asked to pay our bill before getting our water, drinks and food. BIG MISTAKE! Our drinks showed up in a couple minutes, no water. After looking at our drinks we noticed the glasses didn't appear to have been washed and stuff floating in the bottom of the glass. It took over 20 minutes to get our food. We decided to split the New Triple play. The photo on the menu made it look very appealing. Upon getting the platter we noticed several issues. The pretzel dogs we like dried up slim Jim's in a hard pretzel the was impossible to eat. The smashed sliders only had dressing on one bun a couple diced onions. The chicken wings were covered in the BBQ sauce but were very dry. Only the smash burgers appeared too freshly cooked. The hard pretzel Slim Jim's and chicken surprises felt like they were reheated in a microwave. I had to chase down a bar tender to get water, but was told they ran out of ice. Overall, the was the WORST time/meal/drinks I've ever had going to this establishment. Just amazing for +$80 dollars to have such a bad experience.
