However, during the process, the staff member at the door grabbed my arm hard enough to leave visible bruising. What made this worse is that when I followed up with management, I was told a different version of events that didn't reflect what actually happened. There was no acknowledgment of the physical force used, despite the injury. I tried to handle this privately first and gave the business time to review their security footage, but the response I received was dismissive. I'm sharing this so others are aware. I hope Crescent Lounge takes a closer look at how situations like this are handled in the future.

The staff was great, quick and attentive even with a significant amount of people ordering drinks and crowding around the runway, checked on us frequently and made sure we never had an empty glass.
