I've given them 4 chances and 3 of the 4 were very bad. The final straw was Saturday night with more empty tables than full yet being told it was a 30 minute wait because they were understaffed. The food has always been good but management must be having some major issues. I went across the street to Build A Burger. I had high Hope's for this place since we have 5 kids I thought it would be a fun time. However that isn't the case with our experience tonight. We went in and sat down for dinner, our waiter "blue" took our drink order and disappeared for about 5 minutes or so, at this time I realize they dont have dr. Pepper which 4 out of 9 people ordered so I jokingly asked my brother in law" i wonder what hes going to bring us" (mr. Pibb wasnt even on the menu) Blue then comes back and says sorry I got side tracked and forgot your tables drink orders so I need to take them again. He then disappeared for about 10 minutes and reappeared with the drinks. We order our food, and then ask if they have any apple sauce or yogurt (we have a 9 month old) and him and a passing waitress say nope, you have to go somewhere else for anything for the baby. My husband then left our family to find anything the baby was able to eat. When he returned I took 3 out of 5 kids to the bathroom and they were disgusting, out of about 10 stalls only 2 were decent and by decent I would suggest hovering and not sitting on the toilet itself. I tell a staff member and they say they will look into it. Fast forward to the food, it was warm, not hot, didnt seem to fresh at all and was basically just a normal bland meal. The fire alarm was pulled by someone and not one person from the staff told us what was going on, they didnt tell any of the families there what was going on. The alarm went off for about 10-15 minutes and the fire dept. Showed up and finally took care of that. Our waiter finally reappeared and said someone pulled it and the fire dept. Would turn it off. We never recieved refills on drinks and I had to flag our waiter down to get the kids a refill on their drinks because he was never around. Another waiter saw our plates on the table and everyone was done eating the mediocre food a d asked if he could remove the plates. Our waiter then returns and says "oh someone already took your plates" and walked away. We the. Paid for the bill and left. I went to the bathroom and they were still nasty, not one stall was clean, all had toilet paper and people business in the toilets. It was gross. I even went back 30 minutes later to change the baby and they were still disgusting. (This was just the womens bathroom ) I'm not sure if the staff needs better training or what but I honestly wouldnt go back to this place for food. Or be comfortable using their bathroom again. It was a definite let down for not only me and my family but our guests that we have in town. The games were decent but we couldn't get anyone to help us understand the cards and the amount of money vs. Points. We asked one lady who works there and she referred us to the bowling counter because she didnt know how anything works with the cards but was on the game floor helping with games. Needless to say we didnt go to the bowling counter because it was backed up so we kind of figured it out ourselves. I honestly hope the staff gets trained properly and the place gets better or it wont last long. I do not reccomend going here for dinner or drinks and hopefully you have common sense when it comes to using your card or atleast enjoy waiting in a line to understand how the card/points work. read more

First time customer and I have to say it was extremely disappointing. Sat at the bar, ordered food. After an extensive wait one of our meals was completely wrong. During this time we listened to the bartender Kattttt use foul language to her co workers about customers. Do shots, And complain about the tips for the night!! Unfortunately after waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes we still never received our food. The dining area was not packed (many open tables) around us but they still managed to take long to get us food. Our server was very pleasant and receptive and apologized for the slow pace and did check on us throughout. It was just disappointing that the wait on a 5 top order was this bad. We did leave prior to actually getting the food so I cannot comment on the food itself. Really would have been appreciated if the managed had come to the table to speak with us during the wait but they were busy walking back and forth and approaching tables who came in after and got their food ahead of us. read more

Kyle was our server. He was awesome on point and helped with anything we needed no questions asked! Super fast and awesome. Food was awesome and huge amount for the price! We got the eat and play cards and it was perfect! Burgers. Great. Chicken fingers awesome. Buffalo chicken wrap was a def come back for! Bartenders making drinks did great and if we didn't like one. I just stopped here with my wife & son so we could watch the last quarter of the chargers buccaneers game. Although I enjoyed the setting and the game, I had the misfortune to encounter Kayla at the bar. My first encounter with this rude individual was to be told to go outside so I could be escorted in by the host. Then after walking outside to walk to the host's door, the host kindly directed back to the same spot in front of Kayla. She then chose to take care of three other customers before before me. My wife wanted to watch the game of her Tampa team. I had to tolerate this individual's disdain because whatever prejudice she carries against me individuals who look like me. This is a honest review of my experience tonight which I just got home from. This was the worst dining experience I have had. The chef is one of those guys that absolutely refuses to change anything on his menu. My friend asked for grilled chicken instead of fried and he flat out said no. Took over an hour to bring the food out. Food then came out wrong. Mine came out disgusting. Completely burned. Manager was a complete asshole. The poor waiter tried to help but management made it so much worse. Waiter said he was so sorry and he was quitting after we left because of how terrible everything was. Manager finally said he would take 50% off and we should be thankful for that, but it should have been free. Took one bite and left the rest. I wouldn't even feed it to my dog. After that I refused to spend money on the game. I wouldn't recommend anyone giving their hard earned money to this pos place. Completely overhyped because it's in Daytona One. If you haven't been just wait for Dave and Busters to open or go to Daytona Lagoon. Game Time will be closed in under 2 years if this is how they want to operate. read more

Atrocious. Our group walked in a few minutes past 11am and were seated. As we placed orders I asked if they had a way to accommodate gluten free dining. The server immediately responded, "No. From the first day of training they made it clear we can't do gluten free." Not even a quick, "Hey let me check with the kitchen." I probed further if the salad dressing may be safe and the server quickly responded, "Nope." The rest of the party sat for more than thirty minutes before we were told they were missing a key ingredient and nothing had been started in the kitchen. Another thirty minutes later half of the table's food came out (cold) and our server was no where to be found. We finally had to ask the manager to intervene as we were approaching 70 minutes being seated without the full party fed. The manager did come over after the food was finally retrieved but at that point we were lost. Doubtful we will return. The wait staff is significantly lacking in training. Food near GameTime is far superior. You can eat at the Cobb or Built Burger for the same price and triple the quality and speed. I'd recommend eating somewhere else and then playing games. read more

I was skeptical due to the reviews on here but was overall satisfied. We were told a 25 min wait for our party of 9 and then after 25 min it turned into 45- however when I spoke up they quickly got us a table. Our server was Kyle and he was excellent. Super friendly and attentive but not overbearing like some servers. He even took the time to point out the meals that were "fine and play" meaning $16 for the meal AND a $15 play card. All the food was great- the fries however came out on the cold side- but still- were tasty. Definitely go with the curly fries. There is a huge array of games and they are a a nice price point as well. Love the option of the unlimited play by the hour with no ticket accrual for a cheaper alternative to the play that accrues tickets. Was a nice night for both kids and adults and we will for sure be back. We will always ask for Kyle that's for sure! read more

Worst place I have ever been. Besides the fact they had working TVs to watch the game I would not recommend this place to anyone.. From the minute we walked in the hostess had no idea how to do a waitlist and looked at me crazy when I gave her my name and how many quest we had. Second my fiancé really wanted to watch the game so found a seat at the far in which my daughter and I sat outside . He had asked to start a tab in which they said they don't do.... uhm really? Then I had asked for quesadillas which is on the menu with peppers and onions I asked for none just chicken and cheese since my fighter doesn't eat peppers and onions , bar tender stated that she wasn't sure if they can do that and would ask. After fifteen minutes of waiting I had cancelled the order and took my daughter to another place for food... my fiancé stayed to watch the game in which we were txting back and forth. My fiancé stated he ordered wings in which my daughter and I hand a full meal and came back to meet him. He was still waiting for his wings .. Needless to say ... same bartender was there . Asked for a beer and a water for my daughter. Got the beer and asked me if I wanted to start a tab.... Really ... first I thought you don't do that and second my fiancé is right next to me with money on the bar.... Also never got water until I asked again and then it came with shit floating in it!!!!!! Needless to say will never be back or even mention we were here !!!! I was going to give this restaurant a bad review, but after reading all the other reviews I guess my experience wasn't so bad. Haha. Was told 40 min wait, which turned into 70 mins. Took over an hour to get served. One person in our party got their burger after we were finished with our meal. Ask to speak to manager, but never showed up. Staff was super helpful when one of the games wasn't working. They gave us our tokens back and when the photo booth delayed printing they fixed that one as well. Using the card for tickets and tokens is a lot easier and more convenient then carrying such a load like other arcades do. Horrible service! We went there on Sunday around lunch time. They had 1 waitress for the entire restaurant and 1 bartender. It took us 30 minutes to get our drinks and another hour to get the food. They had no bottled water or hot tea, yet it's on the menu. Club soda tasted like chlorine. They cook everything with soy bean oil, which is the cheapest, so there was nothing for me to eat (I'm allergic to soy). They serve drinks in water glasses instead of cocktail glasses. HORRIBLE!! I am a Daytona Local, Lived here all my life and been coming here since they first opened with my nieces/nephews and sons. When they first open it was fun now the serving staff is horrible and the Manager doesn't understand customer service. I ordered my regular Monterey Jack chicken that usually comes with 2 breast this time it came with 1 chicken breast and tons of cheese to make it look like a big portion. So I informed the manager and she tells me They changed the menu and it comes like that now, to take it or she can take it and I will not be allowed to order anything else. Mind you she has seen me her weekly and or biweekly for my sons birthday my graduation celebration or just a night out for fun. That as a manager shows me horrible customer service and they can definitely not expect me to come back here anymore. Some advice up front would be they are expensive and their serving sizes have decreased. Plus the manager seems as if she is tired of her job and dealing with kids taking it out in the restaurant department! THINK TWICE BEFORE GOING! I never went for food/drinks but I can say that this was such a fun place to be. It was very clean but my favorite part is how easy it is to play games. You pay for playing time on a card, and use that card to tap a game you want to play. it's so easy and the card stores your tickets! Everything is electronic and lines were not too crazy. The bowling alley in this arcade/bowling gave us a crap ton of problems. First of all, the ball return wouldn't work on the lane we were on and so we moved to another lane. Then, the pins started to screw up so we wasted several of our precious minutes waiting for an employee to fix it. They did give us 30 extra to play but we still had machine issues during that time. I asked the manager to politely change a TV to my game and he said he would try. He took my game off every TV and when I asked what happened he gave me an attitude of basically "tough luck" so I told him to put the game back on and he threw me out! Took our 4 kids here today. Were instructed to purchase playing cards at the kiosk. We were told that the best value was the $15/1 hour. No one mentioned, nor did the kiosk tell us, that the kids- ages 10 and under... Would receive no tickets/points to redeem at the end. They played for an hour and at one point an attendant had to fix the soccer machine to put 88 points my my oldest daughters card because it said it hadn't dispensed them. He did so without saying anything about us not getting tickets/points. So that's 2 employees who didn't know. But the ticket counter guy knew. We were finished and went to the counter to see how many tickets/points we had and he immediately told us that the 1,2, and 3 hour cards don't have tickets on them. We drove an hour to get there and obviously an hour home. They're super upset and all we can say is that we are sorry, we didn't know. We could've/would've paid more had we known. Went here for a Birthday party, it was a joke,from the start. Kids got their food but any other people who,wanted to order food there was a wait time of 30-40 minutes, this turned into our food not showing up at all a hour and 1/2 later when it finally arrived it was all,wrong. The server argued with us, and gave the parent who threw the party a hard time. The whole thing was so disorganized, it was terrible for the cost,of the party clearly they need to get there management under control and figure out what is wrong, and 1 hour for a party is ridiculous. Who has a,kids birthday party in a hour. Terrible. Parents do,yourself a favor,and research this before booking. I was just a guest and had,sympathy for my freind who was charged,for a party that cost 400 and did not receive the service she should have. Management tried to help, but seriously big fail also. It appears that the restaurant needs sorting out! Really bad reviews on how long it takes to get the food out of the kitchen! Perhaps they should take a harder look on who is running the kitchen. Let's start out with the only plus about the place, the arcade is great, lots of games and pretty decent prizes to choose from. Now moving on to the restaurant part of this, horrible is being generous. We were a party of two and got sat after about 30 mins. We didn't see our server until about 15 minutes after we sat down. He was apologetic but then pasted the blame to the host saying he was never told he was sat. Ok so once he was there we went ahead and ordered drinks and our food all at once. Our food came out pretty quick, however it was only wings, that being said we got our food before our drinks. ( one bar drink and one fountain drink) Once the drinks came he then blamed the bar for being slow, once again not his fault. Now the wings came out fast but most of them were raw and we were un able to eat them. After that we ordered one desert and I timed how long it took. 23 mins for a milkshake. All in all our dining experience took nearly two hours for apps and a desert. But the kicker was the "manager" he came out with his plate of food and laptop and sat in a booth in the middle of the restaurant and periodically had servers come by and visit and sit and chat with guest all around. Then he played a few games on his phone and finally stood up just to lean on the back of his booth and continued to be face down in his phone the entire time we were there. So all in all the food, service and management are horrendous. It should just be an arcade. I will be extremely surprised if this place last a year. We won't be back! read more
