Review is only for this location. Let me start by saying that the pharmacy and staff are top notch…read more Always professional, friendly, knowledgeable. Prescriptions are always ready when they say they notify me and they answer any questions I have without ever treating me like I'm bothering them. The pharmacy is the only reason I come to this location. For purchases I'll make the longer drive and go to Kennett Square. The Exton location usually has one or two lanes open AT MOST even when the store is busy, has zero self-checkout lanes and it's just a nightmare to just pick something up and get in an out without it feeling like teeth gnashing. Pharmacy = YES!!! Normal shopping = No, it's worth it to spend the gas and drive to a different location.

If you just look for low prices and nothing more, then this Walmart Pharmacy will probably meet…read moreyour needs. But if are looking for Customer Service instead of Attitude, then head somewhere else with the issues coming directly from the Phamacy Manager with her factory mentality. I considered moving my perscriptions over to the Exton Walmart Pharmacy and then came accross the Pharmacy Manager, Tessa Nguyen, and the idea of transfer died immediately. If you hoped that Pharmacy Manager did NOT share the same level of customer service as is expected at a low cost retailer like Walmat, sorry but no such luck. From speaking to her, it was clear that any recognition short-comings in customer service and "how can I help attitude" at this Pharmacy are not going to come from her example but instead she would rather point out that the real issue is the Customer having excessive expectations that they actually cared about your health.

For clarification: I…read moream not a typical American- I do not believe that obscene wealth immunizes you from poor decision-making that leads to bad behavior (Hi Dad!). I tip service people very generously, bring them gifts, offer them free legal advice (no joke), the list goes on. But I call out heinous service when I experience it as well. The B&N in Exton, PA's customer service is *so* gut-wrenching that I stopped going and now check my books out of the LIBRARY instead. The best service you get there is at their quasi-Starbucks: the women and man who work there treat you like *you* owe *them;* they tell each other private jokes as they ring you up (you are inconveniencing them, don't forget), they demonstrate their anger if you don't tip them for a $7 coffee.... Most heinous to experience here is the employee Rashaan. If he rings you up for books you are paying your hard-earned $ for, he lets you know that he has rage that you are in his line. He doesn't ask "are you a B&N member?" (I am.) He doesn't give you Member discounts. He doesn't speak--just gives you a rage-filled cold, silent stare. Forget "hello" or "thank you." What's more, he stands, on his break, in the afore-mentioned Starbucks area, screaming complaints about customers. He swears during these episodes as well. I've heard him yelling about "She was so f'n dumb! She asked me where the readers were. They were right f'n there in front of her!" I was so upset, I left, but watched him complain animatedly for an entire 20 minutes. That's your dedication to customer service, B&N. Never will you get my money again. Toodles.

Parking: a private lot Atmosphere: bright and Christmasy Service I was picking up. It took a little bit, but Jeremy was very helpful. Their Starbucks kiosk is over, tucked in the corner to the left when you come in the front door. I do like the deal section at each target has you can find some great things there from a dollar to five dollars Overall, I didn't get to look around at the store but I hope they get better with more people. I'm assisting with the pick up so I know they have the car pick up option and then you can come into the store to pick up

As you enter the target, they have Starbucks on your left, I have tried them, and it's good. Then, you will see customer service and lead to the clothing section. I have done toys, clothing, stationery, seasonal, and bikes purchased here. Their ambiance and maintenance of the store are great. The collection they have is greater than other targets nearby giving a great value.
