It's probably my favorite target in the area, closer to Pottstown Pike and standing on its own place. This target has a lot of parking. They do have curbside pickup options available. As you enter the target, they have Starbucks on your left, I have tried them, and it's good. Then, you will see customer service and lead to the clothing section. I have done toys, clothing, stationery, seasonal, and bikes purchased here. Their ambiance and maintenance of the store are great. The collection they have is greater than other targets nearby giving a great value. read more

I like that they try different flavors . I had to find the hard to find straws tucked into a corner of the Starbucks section. Also they need to clean their lid holder. I had to throw the bottom away with the slight blue goop on it. Friendly staff and efficient otherwise. Great brand. read more

PARENT ALERT - SAFETY CONCERN AT [TARGET] Parents, please be aware of a disturbing incident that took place at Target Store Location 201 Sunrise Blvd, Exton, PA 19341, an older intellectually disabled adult was seen taking inappropriate photos of my children and other children in the store. He also attempted to lure them toward him, raising serious concerns about child safety. He is Caucasian, 5'5, red carrot top hair, brown eyes, and heavy wide rimmed glasses. His dad has black hair that is balding, goatee, glasses, around 50 to 60 years old and looks Italian. When I went to Target security, they stepped in and addressed the issue with the individual's parents. However, rather than diffusing the situation, the individual's dad quickly became confrontational, possibly trying to provoke a legal dispute. While Target's security handled the situation internally, no law enforcement was involved, which raises concerns about ongoing safety risks. The reason law enforcement was not involved is because Target security advised me that this is not the first time this individual has done this type of action and because this is not this person's first offense with this store. They said the police will not press charges against him because he's intellectually disabled. Security at Target was very happy that there was no confrontational violence this time because with the last few incidents, both the father and the adult son were physically assaulted by other parents. That is the information that I got from security tonight. They know who he is, they know he lives in the area and he does it multiple times out of day. They even said he does this at the Walmart nearby. Security created an incident report because of the situation. Please stay alert when shopping with your children. Today I drove to target for the first time despite living in the area my entire life. I went to pick up a order that I placed on line and target was the only place that had what I wanted. When I arrived I pulled in out front only to realize that I had forgotten my phone, tablet, and didn't even know the order number. A young lady named Becca offered to help me and within a minute she found my order and told me that she would bring it back out for me.she returned to my car in less than a few minutes with my order,she was pleasant, polite and smiled. I have to say that despite my stupidity it was still the smoothest on line. Purchase I have ever had. It's hard too get help nowadays let alone good help. I have a bad habit of destroying my phone cases. It's terrible really. Tonight, my phone case hit it's wits end and begged to be retired. Absolutely horrible customer service experience at the exton target in Pennsylvania. I purchased an item online to pick up via drive up. When I went to pick up the item and the target employee walked to my car they asked where to place the item and I politely said my trunk and proceeded to pop the trunk of my suv. Later on when I looked at the item it was opened. This is a Christmas present for my son and the last thing I want is to open it on Christmas with parts missing. Also, the only reason I did drive up pick up is because I have a newborn and this was easier for us at the time. I then attempt to call the target to place another one on hold so I can return the next day. Well they tell me they cannot place it on hold and I would need to go in the store and retrieve the item myself and bring it to customer service to exchange. I was unhappy with this and asked to speak with a manager. They transferred me and the line went dead ten mins later. I then tried to call back multiple times to rectify this with no answer. Do better target. I am an unhappy customer. You sold me an open product. read more

The associates and manager here are all extremely incompetent and rude. It's fine for shopping but if you have to do anything complicated/ use guest services go to a different one. Came here for a tv exchange due to issue with new tv. Eric that was working the curbside drop offs stepped in to help the customer service till next manager got there to help with the exchange. The review is specifically geared toward the staff at the photo center. My grandmother was visiting from across the world to see her great, granddaughter for the first time, and we had made a photobook for her as a gift. Another place had botched the job. We came to this Target from out of state to get to the family reunion. The staff helped us out even though they were about to close down. They worked tirelessly to get a photo book to us after multiple drafts and even gave us all of the loose, spare pictures. Amazing customer service! read more

I usually love this Target, but have to say that last night I was pretty disappointed with their service. I had quite a large pile of things to try on and was headed to the fitting room, only to be turned away because they were closed for the night. Seeing as they were still 2 hours from closing, I found this odd and was told they were understaffed and close them early since no one would be there to monitor them - even though the worker was standing right there with another associate and looked like they would be there for a while based on the project they were finishing. It had taken me a good half hour to find everything and I didn't want to have to come back to find them all again the next day, so I asked if they would hold it for me so I could come back when they were open again. To this, I was told they "don't do holds anymore." I asked the manager what he wanted me to do and the only option I was given was to purchase everything and come back with returns - which was both expensive and inconvenient. I was just unimpressed that that was the best they could come up with and wish that they would make fitting room staffing a priority so long as the store is still open. It's Target so I'll obviously be back, but this definitely deters me from going to that location next time I need clothes. read more

This is consistently the worst Target location that I have ever shopped at. Unfortunately, it is the location most convenient to me and I find myself there at least 1-3x week. I am very familiar with the store and its employees due to my frequent visits. At any given time of day, the shelves are in disarray, not stocked (products completely out) or not faced and back so far you can't even reach to purchase what is there back yonder. Beyond that, ironically, any time I go in there, the employees are VERY SLOWLY milling around "restocking" the shelves. They hog entire aisles through this process and don't have the sense to make some room for customers. I've also on many occasions seems hoards of 4-7 employees just hanging out in the store, again, milling up and down the aisles or hanging on the restocking carts, listening to loud headphones, loudly sharing inappropriate stories etc. I often look around and think "this must be a joke " while I'm shopping. It seems that many employees may be "special needs" as well. It's nice to see somewhere employing them, however, it doesn't seem that they are able to do their expected functions and need more guidance & supervision. I have encountered several employees working the floor who were not able to verbally communicate with me. The trend of the other group of employees seems to be "angsty mid 20s" .. living in misery .. hating life and working at Target. Overall, just a garbage experience. It's every man for himself here. I was there today for a quick stop to pick up an electronic for my son. While back in electronics, the clerk was unable to open the security packaging one of the three items I was purchasing so she told me to purchase that item up front...which wasn't a big deal, however if you are working electronics you should be trained to fully check a customer out including how to open the plastic security package. My main concern is when I went to the front of the store I decided to pick up a card and gift bag, while shopping the music that was blaring throughout the store was sexually explicit music: Nicki Minaj's "Feeling Myself" followed by Cardi B's "WAP" I am not here to question anyone's music taste however neither of these songs are remotely appropriate to be played at a Target. I didn't have time to voice my observation to a manager, but I called on my way out to let them know the inappropriateness of the music choice and I couldn't get through to anyone after four separate calls, so I decided to leave it in a review instead. Hopefully this was just a silly mistake and it does not happen again. read more

I went in yesterday to buy a new car seat. Elena, an employee in that section, walked by and was helping me figure out which would be best for what I needed. FYI: In September, Target does a car seat exchange where if you donate your current car seat to them(which they then donate it) they give you 15% off a new one from the store. Well, it's August, and I needed this car seat now. Elena asked the store manager Jaysen, if they would honor this for me today, even though the event doesn't start until September. He did not hesitate to say yes. They were so accommodating! Elena brought up the new car seat, and wheeled it out to my car to then take away my old one. Not only that, she helped me put it together, and waited at my car while I installed it to make sure everything fit and worked properly. I'm in the customer service industry myself, and these two employees exceeded my expectations by far!! Thank you Elena and Jaysen for being what every Target needs!! read more

When in line me and my mom noticed that the cashier smelled like alcohol. She also never acknowledged us and just scanned our items without saying a word. After we left we noticed that she forgot to hand us one of our bags, we had to turn around and drive back. When we arrived we went in and she was talking to other associates and applying lip stick. When we asked where the bag was she pointed us to the register without offering to get it for us. This is horrible customer service! 1/10 would not recommend to a friend. read more

Was utterly disappointed with my experience today. As soon as I got into the line I smelled the sent of alcohol on the cashier. She then proceeded to ring me up without saying a word or acknowledging me. She forgot to give me one of my bags so I had to turn around about a mile up the road. When I returned I was frustrated to find the cashier chatting with fellow associates. I asked about the bag and she proceeded to point me in the wrong direction. When I asked her to get it for me so I wouldn't have to stand in line again, she suddenly realized it was on the counter behind her. This store is going down hill fast. I am standing here in the isle as I write this. First of all, I was here picking up an order which went smoothly. Second, I decided to look for a pair of shoes for my son. I came across the "clearance" rack, which conveniently has NON CLEARANCE ITEMS MIXED IN SO YOU CONFUSE THEM BECAUSE EVERYTHING IS A MESS ANYWAY! So I get up to the register, only one is open. There is an older man standing there looking off into space with a frown on his face. I smile at him and say hello, could you check this price for me please, it was on clearance but I don't remember which price went with which shoes (I had picked 2 pairs) 14.99 was one price I had read for one of the pairs on clearance. He rings it up as 24.99. I say oh, that was supposed to be on clearance. He said "well it may have been on the clearance rack but its not on sale. Someone must have put it there when they passed." I said "but there was more then one pair om the shelf." He said again "it might be on the clearance shelf but its not on sale." I said ok check the other please. This one was 26.99. I said this was on the clearance shelf too and ge said "they are not on sale there is nothing I can do." In a very rude tone. Ok so I have worked in retail a long time and that is just scummy that you all mix in the "clearance rack" with full priced items. Furthermore, I KNOW that if an item is on the wromg shelf and there is more then one, you give it to the customer for the sale price because it is your employees fault that it is not in the correct place. Seriously Target....I know you are not the highest end store, but are you really trying to stoop down to walmart level?? Im so dissapointed in you. The store is far too large. I am not as mobile as most customers, so my review may be a little bit biased. However if I want to come in for a pair of socks and a frozen entrée I would have to walk about a mile and a half, Which is very hard for me to do.. Otherwise, the store is equivalent to other targets as far as selection and merchandise and price, but this particular store seemed too spread out, Too disorganized, and just too large. I will return if I have to, but I would prefer the Lionville target to this one any day of the week. read more

This Target is now my favorite! Very glad I decided to pop back in. It's so organized and clean compared to other targets I've shopped in. The selection is also great and the people are so helpful, they must have changed management - and I'm very glad! An employee named Alissa was especially helpful with helping me find a new iron.
