I was greeted and while I can't say if they greeted every person specifically, the workers were all easy to find, available, and happy to help answer questions. As someone who prefers to shop alone and in peace, I appreciated that I had the time and comfort to do so, while still having workers available for questions. If you ask for help they are happy to assist. I even saw one worker who was walking around with a customer helping them.

Why should I waste my gas? It's not the same company I had come to love! When I had a mastectomy 33 years ago and wanted a swim suit for post surgery therapy, Land's End promised a fit for every body type. There were NO mastectomy suits for that body type in the catalog. I called Land's End on it and by the next summer there was an entire mastectomy product line. That's responsive!!!

I just got the Women's Early September 2023 catelog -- even the model on the front cover looks horrible -- she's a beautiful woman and she looks frumpy. There's literally nothing in this catalog that says "Buy me". Perhaps some marketing focus groups told them to go in this direction -- but it's causing me to go somewhere else. I walked into this shop and the old salesman (Leonard Simon) immediately assumed I wasn't a paying customer and that I work for Amtrak. He told me he was going to be a while because he was dealing with a customer. No worries, I waited for him to be done. After waiting 45 minutes for him to finish with the customer, someone else came in and the salesman (Leonard Simon) told me that I had to wait because the person who came in was a "paying customer" and I wasn't. Very rude and disrespectful. Never coming in this place again.
