Staff was friendly, Requested assistance and was immediately helped. I was looking for a Hori arcade fighting stick which they had but not the type I wanted. So, the employee insisted that he ordered one for me and could have one delivered to there place of business. I ended saying no thank you and founded else where. Overall all my experience was great here. read more

ABSOLUTE DISGRACE / MANAGEMENT COVER-UP Do not trust this location. I called ahead to confirm they had a PSP in stock. An employee confirmed it, so I drove down and waited in line for 30 minutes. When I got to the register, the cashier REFUSED to sell it to me, stating that the people BEHIND me in line called for it first, and handed it to them instead. I was publicly humiliated in a packed store and left in tears. When I called back to get a manager's name, the associate gave me a time and INTENTIONALLY HUNG UP ON ME. I called today at 11:00 AM to speak with the assistant manager. He showed zero remorse, refused to offer any accountability or staff coaching, and falsely claimed "it's first come, first serve" -- even though his own staff held the item for someone behind me! When I asked when the main store manager would be in, he claimed he "didn't know their schedule." Total lack of accountability and toxic store environment. Avoid this store. Corporate has been notified. read more

Kills me to do this. Came in to get a card graded. It was already graded through WA. A local company. The cashier rips off the sticker which voids it having ever been authenticated through WA, which makes it easier to get regraded, which I was doing. The lady who did it was acting so aloof and nonchalant about it all. The card alone is 150 dollars, Nevermind the 9 grading it had which bumped it up to 180. I love this GameStop and this hit me where it hurt. Be careful bringing your cards in. read more

Do not buy a new controller with a warranty, their warranty on new controllers is a scam, when buying a new controller with a warranty, you should get a new controller back, but instead they give you a used controller, buy controllers from Amazon and you'll be happier read more

Friendly guys that run it, huge selection of collectibles and games. Not crazy priced.

The dude that runs this store SUCKS. He's so incredibly rude to customers and employees. If you come in alone, he will treat you as if you are going to steal. I get that it happens, but to be paranoid of every person is ridiculous. He also berates his employees infront of customers, making us uncomfortable. This has happened on more than one occasion. If you catch him on a bad day, he'll act like you're bothering him. Other days, he puts on that fake nice attitude. This is my closest GameStop so it's a huge bummer, but I stopped coming purely for this man alone. Will wait to come back until someone else runs the store. read more

I own shares of gamestop all the way but this store sucks. The manager always acts like I am inconvenient to him. Refuses to give me promo cards for pokemon purchases. Says has to be for cards and not anything else. So I ask for cards over the past THREE WEEKS. He has none and still refuses to give me promo card for other purchases. Ended up going to the mall and the manager there hooked me up saying managers can give them out for other purchases if no cards are available. So not only is this store mananger lack luster. He is also a liar. read more

I absolutely love this store because of the employees! They are super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I've been to plenty of other GameStops but mostly have been spending my money at this location because of how well I'm treated. read more

Staff is always super friendly at this location. They always know what I want and recommend the right titles for me to pre-order. If one member is not to keen on the genre then another member is. Keep up the good work guys!! read more

New management is great! Went the other to purchase a gift card and walked out with a bag full of clearance items and random toys that a seasonal worker ( I believe his name was Frank) was offering to ppl coming into the store. Great communication and attitude. Will go there again! read more

Terrible customer service. I saw an item online that was available in store. I called the store to verify item was in stock and ready to be sold, employee told me yes I asked to put the item on hold cause I would be there in 5 mins. I arrived at the location 5 mins later and asked about the item. I was then told the item is on pre-order by a different employee and not available for sale. I saw it online, I called the store, I put it on hold , I wasted my time going and was not even meet with a solution just a sorry. Very unprofessional and no customer service. Don't recommend this location. read more

Went in to trade in some older consoles for a new one and the worker was very helpful! Considering Theodore was the only person there, he was able to manage the store well and balancing his attention between me (with console trade ins) as well as on-phone and in-person customers. Very impressed with the cleanliness, product selection and overall aesthetic of the store as well (not run-down like other locations.) Looking forward to swinging by in the future! read more

I have been trying to locate this game for two weeks and it's a long story but one of the employees named Maddie is by far the most helpful GameStop worker I've talked to. Most of the employees have been nice for the most part, I appreciate that they are trying to help me unlike a lot of employees at other GameStop's, but this employee Maddie was not only kind she knew what the situation was and was able to help and actually gave more of an effort to ship this game to a closer GameStop than every other GameStop employee. Kudos to Maddie for actually being helpful unlike a lot of GameStop employees I've talked to. (GameStop baseline rd) read more

We have spent hundreds of dollars shopping at Game Stop in California and have had Zero problems. But, stopped in this one today because My son is selling his used Wii system and the clerk quoted him a price and when we came back in 30 minutes later the second quote was less money. And the reason for that is because she said she didnt really look at it the first time. She just gave the quote. When I said that really shouldnt be Aaron's problem, you should stick to the price you gave him, she said "I can't be expected to memorize EVERY price in here. Then the male clerk chimed in saying, "we would have to look in the computer." Hmmm. It's almost comical. Then why didn't you?? Obviously, after dealing with these two, I now understand that one doesn't need to have more then a middle school education to be employed by Game Stop. But if they can't be expected to remember the prices of what they are selling or appraising, shouldn't they at the very least be expected to check the computer before blurting out numbers to customers? I didn't get their names, however they were standing behind the counter around 3:30 pm this afternoon. She resembles a horse and he a hobbit. Needless to say we will from now on take our business to BOOKMANS. read more

Never had any issues coming here however we were just in on Saturday night 9/28/13 and purchased Grand Theft Auto V. It would have been nice if the sales person/cashier would have mentioned that an additional purchase was necessary if we had the 4GB Xbox 360. We ran around all Sunday morning looking for a flash drive that was compatible. Please in the future, it would be nice just to mention the little things like this to avoid the customer from having to figure this out once you get home. read more

This is the only GameStop that I've ever been to that doesn't have knowledgeable employees and people that work here that don't care about customers, let alone video games. Very often they don't play any of the new releases to provide feedback and are only helpful for handling cash. To top it all off, they claim to be open until 10pm but close at 9pm and didn't inform me when I pre-ordered a title when I could pick it up early. Again, not helpful, poor attention to details and a staff who doesn't care. I'm not shocked by the several poor reviews. read more

This is my go to lcoation for all things a gamer girl needs. The staff is always really helpful and nice. They've always been awesome via phone too, saving me some trips in to the store. I always get my preorders here! read more

Spent $70.00 in June 2018 to pre-order Black Ops 4 that comes out in October and when I went to collect it at 3PM like the employee told me about I had to wait in a line only for the cashier to tell me they need to see an I.D. so they don't just hand out the game to random people. Then later after 10 mins of arguing he finally give me the receipt only to find out they hand out the game at 8PM and were giving codes for dlc camp at 3PM. What's the point of pre-ordering if you get it only 10 hours early?!?! Never pre-ordering from GameStop again. Advice for the future is only pre-order from the game systems market and not from GameStop. But if you don't have a credit card just but game cards and then buy the game. read more
