The one employee I do not like was running the show once again you guys lost a customer. Waste of time. I've tried to be loyal to this company but they make it so hard. I go in there to sell some of my collection which all of them were good condition and certified, and offered me $120 store credit , not even cash! I brought in multiple pops and I can tell you one of them was over $280 alone. This the second time they lowballed me and disrespected me offering that kind of kind of deal! I asked the worker if everything they have out is all of their inventory on the back shelf and he said yeah. He then proceeded to tell me that they already have a lot of the pops that were autographed that I was trying to sell off. As I look at their shelf of autographed pops there's not a single one that I was offering in sight. No negotiating, terrible service, and an atrocious way to run a business. This is by far the best toy company in the valley. I've never been so intertwined with a group like the Toy Temple team who have now become friends to me. They have top grails and their trade policies are better than anyone in the valley.
