If I ever had an issue with a game they'd always work to reslove it by repairing or replacing my purchase. If you have old discs (Music DVD or Video Game) with scratches that skip they will rebuff it & make the surface look like new & have your disc run smoothly. In close I'd also like to say I've been impressed with their customer services for the past 20 years I have shopped here & will continue to shop here for life. In October, he placed an order through their website, and he experienced no problems with the service or product. The correct product was shipped, and it arrived safely and on time. The only downside is that the merchandise can be expensive. Later for Christmas, he asked me to purchase two Warhammer things for $152 total. (Sorry that I cannot give many details about them, but I myself do not play the game.) Five days after I placed the order, this business shipped the package via UPS Ground. The package arrived at our home on time, and it contained the correct merchandise. My husband felt happy with his Christmas presents.

So I cancelled my order. A smart business would offer some kind of compensation to not only preserve the current order but to maintain the customers loyalty. There are so many places on the internet where you can get their products 20% off that it makes no sense to deal with their incompetent ways and impotent customer service. While the selection here is decent, and there were records that grabbed my eye, there's also a lot of stuff that's readily available at any thrift store across the country, that should/would be in a dollar bin at most record stores. However, selection really isn't the issue. The problem is the fact that more than half of the records aren't priced and you have to bring them up to the counter for the employee to, if I had to guess, price via discogs listings. I suppose since you've shown interest in the records by bringing them up to the counter, they feel like they don't have to be competitive with their quotes - they definitely aren't beating online prices, not even with the cost of shipping excluded. Needless to say, this is an utter buzzkill; what a horrible tease it is to have something pique your interest, excitement and anticipation gathering as you walk to the counter and wait for a price, only to be told a number that you're not willing to pay, that instantly kills your joy, that you could have found without leaving your home and wasting the time and the gas. Seriously, stay at home, you'll get better deals on a better selection on discogs and/or ebay.

They have so many girl and boy pieces to choose from as well as a variety of skin tones as well! It's fantastic. The store just keeps getting better, too. Another gripe from my review two years ago was the price point. I feel like this has become more reasonable as well.
