Customer service sucks. Elderly cashier spent 20 minutes talking to customer when there were only two lanes open and lines down the aisles. Another cashier came up and rudely pushed a customer aside and was not friendly. read more

They have everything you could want for your hobby needs. They run sales often like frames are discounted every other week or so, so if you are looking for picture frames make sure you get them in a sale week. I made the mistake of asking for home bar decor, they freaked out and made me feel stupid for asking. What do they have against bar decor? They have decor for every other occasion Lol. some people are funny. I think it was the manager too, ridiculous. But will continue to come as they just have everything but I often go to Michaels across the street for hobby needs also. So 5 stars for variety and lots of options but 2 for customer service. read more

Hobby Lobby is finally opened in Olive Branch! When I arrived, the store was completely stocked and everyone eagerly asked me if I needed assistance..."Hint-Hint Michaels".' Great variety of crafts/accessories for all decorating and do-it-yourself projects. The competition(Michael's) is right across the street, so price comparisons should be hassle free. Variety in products are abundant and shelves are well stocked. Great job on the location and proximity to other stores in the area. The new shopping options are well received! read more

This store discriminated against my friend today based on his sexual orientation. They made him go through a 10 minute period of embarrassment because he is who he is. A manager was called over to decide if a "pay it forward" from a customer two people ahead of him should be given to him (after being given to the customer in front of him). Ultimately, the employees decided NOT to apply what was left to his purchase. I cannot imagine this type of ignorance existing in 2016! read more
