This Games Workshop office sells miniature war games such as Warhammer. My husband loves to play the Warhammer game with his friends. It is his favorite hobby, and he frequently purchases this business's armies, books, and more. In October, he placed an order through their website, and he experienced no problems with the service or product. The correct product was shipped, and it arrived safely and on time. The only downside is that the merchandise can be expensive. Later for Christmas, he asked me to purchase two Warhammer things for $152 total. (Sorry that I cannot give many details about them, but I myself do not play the game.) Five days after I placed the order, this business shipped the package via UPS Ground. If I could give this place negative stars I would. They have terrible service and I'm shocked that a big company like games workshop would let their american distributor represent them so poorly. I've ordered from their online site 2 different times and each time the order has not been sent because according to the customer service people "they forgot for some unknown reason". What kind of business practices that? The last order I placed with them I waited 4 weeks and never received it. So I called and they assured me they would send out another order right away. 2 weeks later still nothing. I asked them if they could offer me anything for my trouble and they said NO. So I cancelled my order. A smart business would offer some kind of compensation to not only preserve the current order but to maintain the customers loyalty. Games workshop is just a cheap business that is poorly run. I love the products but I will never order from them directly every again. There are so many places on the internet where you can get their products 20% off that it makes no sense to deal with their incompetent ways and impotent customer service. Simply put, this is a bad business. Don't waste your money. Go to 3rd parties distributors such as miniature market or ebay. POOR POOR POOR customer service. read more

I recently got into the hobby and have spent a lot of time in the store. It's a welcoming, clean, and nice atmosphere with plenty of options to choose from. The tables are beautiful and it's a great place to see different painting methods on the many minis they have in the displays. It's also nice to sit down and try out the paints before you buy or watch a game especially if you are a novice and need some help understanding the game play. The manager is always incredibly friendly, helpful, and able to answer any questions I or my husband have had. read more

Piss poor customer service. I tried to strike up a friendly conversation with the store clerk and he rudely dismissed me. I figured I'd have enough time to browse but he told me I had to get out soon as they were closing early. An entire hour early apparently. No way will I ever return here. Whoever the manager is, you should take better care of potential customers with store employees that have decent attitudes, cause this one sure as Hell didn't! read more

I'm not sure how you can rate the customer service of a store without ever actually going there. The people at this location are great. They're knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We love to go on occasion to check out the new miniatures and shoot the shit with the employees. They always let us know what has just come out, what tournaments are going on. read more
