I say, the owner said it WAS in stock and give her the correct model number AGAIN and to check with owner. "Office manager" responds: "Hey again, My goodness! Laura (owner) is correct, I have had the model number wrong all this time..." "Office manager" then discloses, they in reality they DON'T HAVE THE MODEL AND NEVER DID and it would be drop shipped from the company that sells it. Problem is.........none of them (owner OR office manager) EVER CHECKED WITH THE SOURCE TO SEE IF IT WAS AVAILABLE before claiming they had it in stock . As it turns out it was discontinued TWO YEARS AGO and these people lied and said THEY had it in stock. The owner lied about having it, the office manager got the wrong number (it wasn't even close) and they strung me along for three weeks with excuses and lies. I didn't think to look at Yelp or I would have never contacted them. Thank God I didn't order it without asking, but then I DID ASK and STILL WAS LIED TO AND GOT THE RUN AROUND. If I had ordered it I probably would have never gotten my money back or it would have taken FOREVER. Running a "business" this way should be against the law.

It is his favorite hobby, and he frequently purchases this business's armies, books, and more. In October, he placed an order through their website, and he experienced no problems with the service or product. The correct product was shipped, and it arrived safely and on time. The only downside is that the merchandise can be expensive. Later for Christmas, he asked me to purchase two Warhammer things for $152 total. (Sorry that I cannot give many details about them, but I myself do not play the game.) Five days after I placed the order, this business shipped the package via UPS Ground. The package arrived at our home on time, and it contained the correct merchandise. My husband felt happy with his Christmas presents.

So I called and they assured me they would send out another order right away. 2 weeks later still nothing. I asked them if they could offer me anything for my trouble and they said NO. So I cancelled my order. A smart business would offer some kind of compensation to not only preserve the current order but to maintain the customers loyalty. Games workshop is just a cheap business that is poorly run. I love the products but I will never order from them directly every again. There are so many places on the internet where you can get their products 20% off that it makes no sense to deal with their incompetent ways and impotent customer service. Simply put, this is a bad business. Don't waste your money. Go to 3rd parties distributors such as miniature market or ebay. POOR POOR POOR customer service.
