The machines in there are HUGE and old but it looks really cool. Yes, COOL is the only word that come into my mind when I think of that. You can smell the leather and the radio plays country music. Little decorations on the wall and the little bench on the side if you want to wait are just part of the charm. Well, I went in there and explained him what has happened and he just fixed for me, for free. I was so amazed and the shoes has been fine since then. I went back with a leather purse, a real Louis Vuitton, with a strap problem as well and he actually had the perfect leather piece that fit in color as well as material. He explained to me that he buys left over scraps from factories so he could fix things like that. I paid something like 30 dollars for it and I can't say how happy I am. I have taken everything there. A belt to get an extra hole, shoes and purses. It's a great place, very friendly and not pricey at all. Sometimes it is worth to fix things and not just go and buy them new.

Called to check on them 2x and was told they were not done. Was told I would be called when completed but was never called. Went to shop, boots were not in the shop then was pointed to a sign that states "not responsible for shoes in the shop over 30 days".....my repair estimate exceeded that. Then was told they were probably either sold or donated to Goodwill next door. If you ask me, they are thieves.

Of course, I went in for one item and came out with multiple. The quality of clothes are great. I have been shopping with Ashley Stewart for a long time and most of the pieces I got from them have stayed in tact. They have a really good sale going on (they actually always do which is why I love them). The sales associates were extremely helpful.
