I have to get another dress that is white, so I plan to go back and see Mrs. Lula again. She has a very large amount of formals for women and teens. Not my personal experience with a dress, but I overheard a friend on the phone with Lula. The…read morefriend had bought her daughter's prom dress in January from Lula's and was told that it would take 1 week for alterations. Thought it would be done with plenty of time to spare before prom. In April, a week and a half before prom, it still wasn't done. I have honestly never heard a more rude business owner on the phone speaking to a customer. It took a full 5 minutes for Lula and other store employees to even locate the dress after being given the name of the customer and a description of the dress. She kept making excuses for why the alterations weren't done, saying she had so many dresses to alter that they alter them in order of prom date. That's why this dress was bought in January, to avoid the prom rush! She also could not give an estimated time that the dress would be done, just kept saying "not this week, I'll get to it next week"- the week of prom. Not only did Lula not follow through on the work that was supposed to be done, but she was extremely rude and condescending when she was questioned about it. I will not ever be using this business and I will steer everyone I know clear from it as well. Completely unprofessional.

Ok, ladies, if you're like me--40-ish, have young (I mean YOUNG) children, try to take care of…read moreyourself and care how you look (as well as how you come across to others), Lavish is the place to shop! I discovered this gem of a store in Collierville and can't stop visiting every chance I get. My first visit was greeted by Lana and she helped me "find my groove". While I know what I like and what usually works for me, my past decade of local shopping has kept me mostly in Marshall's and TJ Maxx for slightly higher end designer clothing at reasonable prices--when i could find it. I'm sorry but i can be a bit of a clothing snob because I don't like to buy cheaply made clothing when I know I can find better quality made clothes for the same price or slightly higher price. After my youngest child hit 2 yo and I could start taking care of myself a bit, I began to branch out to taking in a few other stores in the Germantown/Collierville area to update my look a bit. The stores I checked out were either a bit too young for how I wanted to dress or a little "too out there" and/or bling-y for my tastes. Then I found Lavish. Everything in the store is tasteful, fabulously fashionable without being too trendy (ahem, rhinestones are not the main draw, thank goodness), and befitting for where I am in my life. Now that I'm in my early 40's and comfortable with who I am, this boutique gives me the extra confidence boost. I have been getting tons of compliments with every piece from this place and everything coordinates well with items I already own. If you feel like you're missing out because there is no Bloomingdales, Saks, NM, or Nordstrom, think again. This place has it covered and I am never shy about checking out the sales rack (many pieces are in the back) to make sure I can max out my purchases. (Forgot to add this review which I had written back in early 2013. My initial visit was October, I believe, of 2012. My mother-in-law always gets me Lavish gift certificates for my birthday now.)

No one greeted us, offered assistance, or even acknowledged our presence. As we were preparing to leave, another customer overheard my friend say, "Let's go to a store where our money is appreciated." That customer immediately went and told the sales associate what she had heard. Only then, as we were walking out the door, did the associate finally acknowledge us. The experience was extremely disappointing. Every customer who enters a store should be treated with courtesy and respect, regardless of whether the staff believes they will make a purchase. Unfortunately, we left feeling unwelcome and as though our business simply did not matter.

Not a good way to greet a customer. I ignored it because i was in a hurry but his rudeness continued. He got mad at me because i did not know right away some specific info on my vehicle. He then informed me that they did not do battery installs on my vehicle type, a 2018 Kia Optima. I suspect the real reason he told me this is because it was about 30 minutes until closing time and he didn't want to help me. So i said thanks for nothing and went to Auto Zone, where they couldn't have been nicer. They had me fixed up and on the road in no time. They were more than happy to take my money. Imagine that. I had never been in an O'Reilly before and you can be sure i'll never go back. This interaction took place on 6/11/26 at approximately 8:30 pm. I don't know the name of this extremely rude employee, but he may be in need of additional training.

They also have a good variety of CBD,'s in different kinds. One of the best things that makes this place the best choice anywhere is my ability to get everything I need for a perfect vaping experience in one place. I have bought complete vape systems here but wsy important is my ability to customize my complete experience. For example, I get the exact coils I prefer and them but my favorite Loyalty Melonade 6mg juice AND because I love menthol flavor they provide me with a small fresh amount of menthol additive THEN because I want a higher nicotine level they provide with NIC packs that allow me to get me to the exact nicotine level I choose. So when I am done putting my favorite juice, add my menthol and nicotine I am kicked back with the perfect smoke, flow and vape, boom. The staff are all fellow vapers, as far as I've seen, and have a very broad and deep knowledge of vaping with some very extensive mod and technical knowledge that really make tyou feel confident when making decisions of different kinds. They have excellent weekend specials that Ii get via text every Friday that include juices, vapes, and different products that make me actually look forward to what kind of savings I might be getting or what's new each week.
