We had the privilege of meeting and working with Joshua Mills to create my engagement and wedding rings. I recommend him to anyone and everyone who is looking for a special piece of jewelry. He is inviting, warm, knowledgeable, and incredibly compassionate - I'm nervous by nature and he assured me that everything would be perfect and this process is going to be exciting. This couldn't be more true. My boyfriend just ordered the engagement ring and I can say with absolute certainty that this experience would have been 100% different without Joshua's guidance. He gives phenomenal customer service, has a knack for design (he sketched out my dream ring the very first time we met - I didn't even know I had a dream ring), and it doesn't feel like he's trying to "sell" us anything. We went from clueless to confident after meeting with him just a couple of times. We haven't known him long, but my partner and I would both consider Joshua a friend. He is talented, incredibly patient, and is still providing us with an amazing experience during such an exciting moment in our lives. I cannot thank him enough. read more

My cousin recommended that I stop by Sissy's Log Cabin, and I'm really glad I did. From the moment my wife and I walked in, Kelsey and her colleague made us feel genuinely welcome. They were incredibly patient, took the time to answer every question we had, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. After hearing so many horror stories about buying a Rolex through an authorized dealer, I honestly wasn't expecting much. Thankfully, my experience couldn't have been more different. Kelsey kept me informed throughout the process, and the exact Rolex configuration I requested arrived much sooner than I ever expected. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and made what can often be an intimidating purchase feel exciting and enjoyable. If you're looking for exceptional service and a team that truly cares about their customers, look no further! read more

Awesome customer service, and a great selection. I think the red in the Caviar Collection of Lagos is the prettiest! Hands down! It's so beautiful and unique. Go by there and see for yourself! They are great at helping you and awesome on a regular day answering your questions. read more

Dropped by this lovely AD to get on the waitlist. I was surprised by the warm greetings by everyone. Special thanks goes to Ms. Holly Wright who was extremely courteous and took time to see what interests me. Not too often do I get to be treated like a family member, much appreciated! Regardless if the AD is able to offer me a watch or not, I will always remember this visit. THANK YOU, Holly! read more

I came in just for a moment and was welcomed so warmly. The staff here is incredibly kind and professional. Disclaimer: I do know one of the team members, so I ended up having my ring cleaned while I was in. It was my first time in the shop, but they have a phenomenally beautiful collection of jewelry. Their entire collection is a huge temptation for anyone, like myself, who absolutely loves pretty, shiny things But if you're looking for rare/extraordinary estate jewelry or need a piece custom made for a special occasion, this is absolutely the place to go! read more

Had a quick repair on my watch.....they were very courteous and fixed the issue while I waited.

They have an incredible and fascinating inventory. Staff is extremely competent and friendly. They even offered me a Coke or a cup of coffee while I was waiting to have my watch repaired. Sissy's log cabin is easy to locate and is in a very safe neighborhood. I am looking forward to doing business with Sissy's Log Cabin when I purchase jewelry. read more

I've been on the hunt for a Rolex submariner for some time now and recently started looking again for my dream watch. I walked in on a random Monday and was greeted by Kim who was super nice and encouraged me to try on a few exhibition pieces they had. I left my information should they get one in stock, I'm from out of town but would fly in to pick up because the service is so nice here. I wish more shops were like this! read more

Sissy's and Amy Stroh are the BEST!! I was in town for my wedding and ran by to have my antique wedding band and engagement ring cleaned (as well as all my other jewelry) and was lucky enough to have Amy assist me and she thoroughly inspected every piece and found that the wedding band had a broken prong on the very end (which I could have easily lost a stone) and they were able to have my ring repaired by the next day!! Any time I'm home in Memphis I will give all my business to Sissy's and Amy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! read more

I stopped by Sissy's Log in Jonesboro for the first time and had an excellent experience. I have been welcomed by Steve, He was very knowledgeable and informative of the different models they have and helped better understand which model/size would fit me best. Unfortunately, the watch I was interested in was not available but Steve said he would keep me in mind and took my information down for when one become available. Overall I had a great experience at Sissy's Log in Jonesboro. Steve and the rest of the staff were very polite and I will definitely be coming in May to purchase one of timepieces he made tried while waiting for my first option to become available. I would definitely recommend stopping by whenever you are in Jonesboro and looking for a watch or any jewelry. Sissy's Log will always have my business because of the staff's professionalism. read more

This review is for my recent experience with my engagement. My fiance told me Ms. Vicki - who sold him the ring - needed to meet me. So, in we went. I have never felt so much excitement from a sales person! She welcomed me with a huge hug, smile, and squeal. Also, when I mentioned that it could take up to 2 weeks to get my ring resized, she was appalled. She introduced me to their master jeweler and had my ring back on my hand in an hour. Vicki was all around professional, welcoming, and made this special moment that much more so. The store, within an upscale shopping center in East Memphis, is very clean and tidy and the entire sales staff is very pleasant. read more

Excellent jewelry store to find high end watches such as Rolex and Breitling, they carry these brands in addition to other fine jewelry. They don't carry Omega watches but neither does any jewelry store in Memphis. The store was clean and parking was readily available. A sales person met me at the door and was polite, knowledgeable and available to assist and answer any questions. I highly recommend if you've been looking at quality watches online, I would encourage you to visit, see and try on these watches in person. I would definitely recommend Sissy's log cabin. read more

I NEVER BOTHER TO LEAVE A YELP REVIEW...THIS is the kind of establishment you want to do business with! .... I first called to speak with Wyatt to ask about a special present for my husband and a diamond ring for myself. He communicated that I would be in later that day or the next with the manager, Jason. They noted that I would arrive before I ever stepped foot in the place, which shows teamwork, care, and communication. When I walked in every associate without a customer greeted me. It's nearly Christmas time and AMY and the team exceeded our expectations. I AM VERY PARTICULAR as we work very hard for what we have and they understood my needs and how much we wanted to spend. We're not bound by our address and we have the the privilege to travel all over the country, we will certainly be lifetime customers. These people are experts in the industry front and back. Be patient and they will surprise you in a good way! Thank you for making this Christmas very special for us! read more

Had a really nice experience the other day with Nicole regarding a certain brand of watch. Although the one I wanted was not in stock, she took my number and promised to call me when it came in. The next day, a similar watch arrived and she called. However, I had to pass. We spoke at length yesterday and she's on the lookout for me. I have no doubt she'll call me again. I appreciate her professionalism and I in general like this store. The employees are a whole lot friendlier than their competitor in Germantown who is selling 40 year old pre-owned Rolex watches $800 below the price of a new one. Looking forward to hearing from Nicole and giving my business to Sissy's Log Cabin. read more

I rarely write reviews but my GF is from Memphis and I always like to visit the local jewelry stores to window shop, knowing well that most ADs probably already have a long list of clientele prioritized. I was pleasantly surprised when the sales rep, Connor, invited me to try on a watch that I wanted in two different sizes so that I knew which was the best fit even though non were available for sale. I'm glad I did as the size I thought I wanted was not the best fit. He went on to take my information down should one become available for me down the line. Regardless of what happens, this was such a great positive unexpected experience. I've been to many ADs around the country and Sissy's by far offers topnotch customer experience. read more

We came to Sissy's to look at engagement rings...we have not bought anything yet just wanted to leave a review since we had such a great experience here. Everyone we spoke to was so nice and professional from the minute you walk in the door they make you feel comfortable they were not pushy at all. We worked with Vicki and she was so nice she took the time to work with us and let us try on or look at anything and did not seem aggravated by all the questions lol I loved that we were not rushed or pressured on anything...I will defiantly be back. read more

Connor pretty much sums it up. He was amazingly professional and went out of his way to make sure I had the perfect piece. He impressed me so well I had to go back and purchase another item just to show him how much I appreciated his excellent customer service! He is definitely the best! read more

Shopping at Sissy's is a great experience regardless of what you're looking for. Wyatt has helped me with gifts for multiple family members and with watches for myself. Our experience at Sissy's Log Cabin was second to none. As a gay couple, we had no idea where to even start. I knew of Sissy's, so I thought it might be a good place to start. My partner and I walked in, and we were treated with such warmth and kindness from the start. Nicole, our angel, was incredible to work with and guided through the maze of metals and styles. We now consider this awesome lady and her team, friends! We, wholeheartedly, recommend Nicole, Amy and the entire team there, at Sissy's. Our experience was life-changing and forever memorable. From our hearts, we say thank you! Brendan and Dean read more

I was in during the Thanksgiving weekend, and I looked up. Some Rolex authorized dealers, and I found sissies on the web. so I called and I asked the gentleman that answered what kind of sport model Rolexes he has available and he told me that they do not discuss their inventory over the phone so that led me to believe that I should come in because he probably has something that I might be interested in, well I wasted my time when I got there, I asked the general manager that I talk to a gentleman and that he would not discuss the inventory over the phone so I'm here to see what they have and he told me they have nothing so I drove 30 miles round-trip from my hotel room just to be number one disappointed and I wasted my time. This is a joke for an authorized dealer to do this. I have owned many Rolexes in my lifetime and I've never seen an authorized dealer do that lure you in and they tell you they have nothing there a joke, and Rolex should be disappointed and having them as an authorized dealer . read more

Super nice people. Great service and great quality. Asking for Vicki, she amazing to help you with truly heart.
