I really don't enjoy going to these places because there is always a long wait. On this visit I was greeted and seen very promptly, I really appreciated that. I went over my questions and concerns with the attentive man that helped me, he went above and beyond but he wasn't able to resolve my issue. Even though I had to go elsewhere, I would recommend this location simply because of the customer service, selection of products, being knowledgeable about the products and short wait time. I had a scheduled appointment. I walked in and was not greeted. I was totally clueless on what to do in the sense on whether I needed to sign in or tell someone what I was there for. I sat down and still was not acknowledged. Later someone walked through the door and the guard greeted the person and said have a seat and someone will be with you shortly. I felt like I was invisible. After 10 minutes a rep said I'll get someone to help you as soon as someone is available. Yes they were busy and waiting on earlier customers but I felt greeting, assessing what a customer needs beforehand, and assuring that I was just important as the other customers was in order. Great experience! We were in and out in about an hour which I thought was pretty good for walking in on a Saturday unannounced. The guy that helped us was pretty cool and sold us a bunch of accessories along with the phones. Cases, glass protection, car chargers, etc... Cha Ching for him... I went with my Dad to get his and my Mom's phones upgraded. Mom had a 2g flip phone and Dad still had the original IPhone. They were sending letters about Moms phone not working in a few weeks and Pops finally decided to upgrade after 8 years or something. Now, I'm not sure how the IPhone made it so long but dude was calling people over to look at it. Apparently, it's a relic and some folks working there had actually never seen one before. It still works and really could possibly continue to be in service. It's slow as hell and is on like IOS 4 or something. Anyway, my Dad got a apple 6S and Mom got a free Samsung or something. I was going there to purchase a new cell phone, and it took me more than 30 minutes to wait. If they were busy I don't mind, but why were they chatting with one other during my waiting time? I just don't understand. Then the sales told me that the system is down, so she is not able to sign me in and it was about thirty minutes left and they are going to close. I am so torn on AT&T. I like what the company can provide in general, but they seriously need to reconsider the way they set up their stores. It seems like the stores have limited ability to give you the service you need and the ONLY benefit of a store is picking up the merchandise on the spot instead of waiting for it to be mailed. You are almost better off ordering your equipment on-line and just waiting for it to get delivered. They also seem extremely under trained in the equipment. My information couldn't be transferred to my new phone by them due to their incompetence with the equipment. I know this because I know the equipment and the capability. After having a bad experience at another AT&T store, I stopped by this store and couldn't be happier. I was warmly greeted upon entering and told there would be a short wait to speak with a customer service rep. After a few minutes, I was greeted by Alfred who, although he could not put my old SIM card into my new phone because it wasn't compatible, he did copy my contacts to a new SIM card for me. He could have told me to just plug my phone into my PC at home and transfer my contacts that way, but instead he went the extra mile and did it for me. read more

Somewhat slow in the beginning when I first arrived even when I was 1 of 4 customers especially when there were 5-6 employees working the sales floor. However when I did get seen it was awesome!! Such a wonderful user experience that felt seamless. Prob my best recommendation is to make an appointment if possible. :). After 3+ hours on the phone and 'chat' with AT&T online, I was at my wits end! I was dreading going to the store after reading review after review of horrible experiences. I am happy to report, this location was fantastic!! I made an appointment for 9:30 - walked in at 9:25 and I was helped immediately. DeAndre listened to my tale of woe and I was in and out in under 15 minutes!! He was awesome! Even gave me some tips about setting up my phone when I got home. He was not pushy and did not try to upsell me! He made my day! All of the associates were pleasant and helpful. Can't say enough good things. I would like to say THANK YOU to Alfred and Langston! The two of you were amazing. I locked myself out of my Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ and nobody on the planet was able to help me. The fingerprint feature malfunctioned and threw out my password and made it impossible to sign in. After several failed attempts I became locked out for TWENTY FOUR HOURS!!! The only thing I had to do was sign into another Samsung device but unfortunately the people that work the Samsung booth at BestBuy didn't know this. For those who don't know, this store and probably all ATT stores cannot exchange defective Apple phones nor replace batteries or service Apple phones in any way. They will send you to an Apple Store where the wait is anywhere from 2 to 4 days just to talk to someone about your problem. In short, ATT can't service what they sell, a huge inconvenience for their customers. Just something to think about when you buy an Apple phone from ATT. read more
