You will not find it at this store. This IS a company store but you wouldn't know it. I went it on Labor Day and I received the worst service of my life. The lady with the bob was a little nicer than the other light skin lady, she had a bad attitude and didn't know anything. 5/14/16 I called the store to see if they had a phone in a certain color and the guy who had previously ignored me answered the phone and said he had it. He told me over and over to ask for him when we got there. Of course I ignored him and bought my wife a phone from somebody else. He still acted like he'd never seen me but it has been a couple months. The last time he ignored me though was an hour after he helped me. He was mad that I called customer support and life proof without taking his word as absolute truth. Guess what dude, you lost not one, but 2 $1000.00 sales!! My wife got the same as me. iPhone 6s 128g. They had the phone but not the color that dude promised he had on the phone 30 minutes earlier. We just took another color since it's going in a case anyway. They were out of the life proof case that has the battery in it. Best Buy had them on sale anyway. This time, the process was quick and easy (about an hour) because we had all our questions, concerns, and problems worked out when I got mine. read more

I went to this store, very frustrated, after already having the phone replaced once at a different store for issues. I had to wait a bit, and while one of the people working there was obviously none too thrilled to be working a Saturday night, I was helped by a very nice woman who replaced by phone and got me in working order again in no time with minimal questions. read more

I came in to this store to move my cell service from ATT. The Verizonwireless website said they had the google pixel 2 in stock. Of course they didn't. Xavier says if we order some they'll be delivered in one day - two tops. So after 4 days I called to see what was the problem. No good answer but he would get after it. I ask why the website still shows they have them and he tells me they do now. So I ask for those. I can't have those I'd have to wait maybe 2 more weeks for the ones I ordered. I went back to the store the next day to either get phones or cancel my order. Even with Customer Service on speaker phone I was getting nowhere. So I canceled. I would have to wait 3-5 days for my sales tax payment to be refunded. It's been a month and a half and still no refund. No wonder their stock price is so good. They steal from people! read more

I absolutely HATE talking to Verizon (in-store) for ANYTHING!....ESPECIALLY THIS LOCATION. I go in about once a year for something that's minor(only because I'm desperate) & no matter if the staff is new or old there ALWAYS rude/nice nasty/non-chalant without genuinely wanting to help. As well as ALWAYS standing at the door ready to rush you in & OUT the store, UGH. This is why I ALWAYS CALL THE VERIZON CUSTOMER SUPPORT 800 number for EVERYTHING. These people are ALWAYS giving OUTSTANDING customer service and ALWAYS genuinely want to help. Verizon in-store you need to take lessons from these folk. And from now on I'll continue to avoid Verizon in-store PERIOD & stick with Verizon Support/Customer/ by phone... even when 9 decide to get a new phone. read more

Really had a great experience at this location. Had two broken phones and was due for upgrades and the sales clerk Danielle and Karla both helped us out so much. We had four upgrades and a phone by back (which i didn't know about but was well worth it) going on all at once. If you need service or upgrades this is the place to go! read more

Best customer service. Marc Phillips is amazing. He knows his stuff. All the staff are always so helpful. One salesperson told me if I buy a phone off craigslist to have the seller meet me there. I did and another salesperson helped me. He checked out my phone and set it up for me. Spent 30 mins of his time although he knew he wasn't making a sale. Marcus always goes out of his way to assist me with my devices and gets me the best plans possible. I highly recommend this Verizon. read more

It's a shame you have to call the 1-800 number just to get good service and get your problem resolved. Long story short I was 4 days past the 14 day return policy on returning a phone I bought for someone. I was thinking the manager would kindly extend it and return the used phone but nope he wasn't going to return it because there no commission in returning my phone.
