The next day, a woman waited on me who I felt a little more trust worthy. She tried talking me into an IPhone 8. But, I didn't want to pay the extra $150 more than it would cost for an IPhone 7. So, I told her that and she said she didn't have one in stock but could get one the next day for me. So, the next day I called them on the phone and they said they did get an IPhone 7 from another store and it was specifically held for me like they said they would do. Anyway, they to my trade in which was an IPhone 5 which was in bad shape. Anyway, I have waited awhile to make that I am happy with the IPhone 7. I am fairly confident that I am not going to have any problems with my phone. Apparently, it comes with a warranty I realized. In summary, I wished I had paid the extra $150 for an IPhone 8 but it is too late now. However, I'm happy with my IPhone 7. This Verizon store is a lot better than the one in Southaven, MS which is only about 8 or 9 miles down the road. The customer service is better here.
