Melissa was the manager on duty. She was coordinating flow and checking -in with everyone . Morris, rep at Apple Store, took the phone to the back to be fixed. The port was working once he got it back. He left it on the charger to verify. He was customer friendly and attentive. He wanted to make sure that phone was charging properly before we left. It was so bad, I paid some dude I met at a Taco Bell to partition the hard drive on the MBP and install Windows on one side of it. After that I may have booted the IOS side twice. Now let me say this.... That was the baddest ass Windows computer I have ever owned! I wish I still had it but my old boss confiscated it when he fired me. That's ok, I cooked the drive before I gave him a blank disk brick laptop. So that he didn't any of the info he wanted. Asshat took my phone that day too. Also cleaned and bricked. He went bankrupt a couple years later. Anyway.... I love the Apple Store. The real value is in the knowledge of the teams here and their honest approach to helping you. I came in to get a new phone recently and was let down with how large the phones are now. I have an 12 mini and the battery had gotten bad. I complained about having to get a bigger phone and the associate said "why not just get a new battery for your mini?". Great idea, that's just what I did!
