I stopped here to get a replacement battery for my old Samsung smart phone. The store is setup where you can look for yourself the type of battery you need. The batteries did not have the model/phone replacement brand listed on them so you if you did not have your battery with you, you wasted your time. The customer service rep was with a customer, so she didn't see me arrive(I assume). I did get help finding the model that I needed and the battery had a lifetime guarantee replacement. I just were there were more options to choose from (in regards to price). The battery was $39.05 plus tax so, for quality I recommend this location. As for my phone, I will be keeping it at least another two years! I will check if they have computer laptop batteries next ;) read more

I got my battery in my iPhone 6s replaced here and after being changed my screen had a red tint burned into it after another company was very negligent leaving the red film on the screen. They took my phone apart for me and removed the film. Unfortunately removing the film didn't help, but they were willing to give me a hand in trying to correct the error for free. This is the second time that I have had to deal with the red-haired male employee. He did not have on a name tag, so I cannot identify him by name. This employee is unfriendly and seemingly does not know much about what to do! If it had not been for the blonde female (don't know her name) I wouldn't have had my problem solved!!! This red-haired male employee needs to be retrained and encouraged to exhibit a friendly attitude to customers! I will not deal with this employee again! NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN !! It was an ok place to shop for off-the-shelf stuff and even special orders, but when it came to changing the battery in my watch, well, all I can say is that the technician COMPLETELY DESTROYED MY WATCH. From the moment I turned my watch over to this young lady, I had a bad feeling, but I have learned not to judge a person from their appearance. So I just browsed the merch while she "worked" on my watch. I kept glancing over to see what she was doing, and when I heard her say, "Oops, that's not good" .. I rushed over to see what happened. She had used what looked like a small ice-pick to jab into the back to remove the old battery and I watched as the housing had popped out. To make a long story short, she denied destroying my watch, she told me the watch was so old it was time to get a new one, and then she told me she was not going to be able to change the battery because the housing was broken when I brought it in. This was my everyday perfectly working watch that just needed a new battery. I WAS SO ANGRY I TOOK MY WATCH AND LEFT THE STORE. SHE TOTALLY DESTROYED MY WATCH!! No more thank you .. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE TO THIS STORE TO BE REPAIRED. The technician at this store RUINED my phone. He broke the home button when he was trying to repair the shattered screen. When I arrived at the store, he tried to blame ME for already having the home button repaired. This was a brand new phone purchased from ATT. I still have the receipt and box it came in. I have NEVER had this phone repaired. The technician accused me of not being honest and NEVER took ownership is damaging my phone. Screen is replaced but now the phone mysteriously shuts down, the new glass top isn't flush with the phone, and my home button will NEVER work properly again. I did contact the manager.
