4/9/10 After the…read moretunderstorm on Saturday night, my desktop would not power on. I tried a few different things but quickly gave up. My wife started freaking out because I have not backed up the pc in over a year. "What about all our pictures of the kids? I could see the panic on her face. On Monday afternoon around 2:30, I called Midsouth PC repair. Scott answered on the second ring and quickly explained that it was probably just a power supply problem, but even if it was worse, he felt confident that he would be able to retrieve the contents of my hard drive. He told me that he would be able to be at my house by 5:30 but actually got there a little early. He quickly disassembled my unit and installed a new power supply. Wallah! I was back in business withing 4 hours of calling him. My wife is happy so I am good to go now. Thanks for the fast, courteous response and the professional service that you provided.
