I came in thinking that my phone was done for! I had a cracked screen for quite some time that I hadn't gotten around to replacing and the screen finally had enough of my neglect. (I touched my cracked screen with wet hands at work and thought, welp, now I've fried my phone completely - yikes.) It flickered green and blue then went totally green and unresponsive. The guys at iFix were knowledgeable, professional, kind, and quick! They were able to offer me several different options. He was up front that if I had internal water damage, the new screen wouldn't save it, but since I did already have a new screen I had ordered from Amazon anyway, we gave it a shot and he was able to install the new screen, no problem. He was able to replace my screen and tell me I didn't have any internal water damage done to my phone in like 20 minutes! Website and Facebook say opens at 9 am. Waited until after 9:25am and no one ever unlocked the door or showed up. I unfortunately couldn't wait any longer due to an app at 10am. This is incredibly frustrating. If you have no intentions of showing up and actually opening at the time you have posted changed the hours of operation on your website and Facebook to whatever time you will actually be opening. read more

fast at fixing/replacing my screen (probably because I waited there instead of leaving like other customers) I spent part of my day with unwanted sarcasm and smart alack answers from one of the rude male employees (if I wanted to pay Apple Store prices or anywhere else to fix my phone, I would've gone there, but that doesn't mean to be ridiculously rude to the customer). These guys were great to me the other day. My I phone has been so slow and sticking horribly. I had ordered new battery at Apple but wanted a couple other things checked too. They did a diagnostic check in an hour an confirmed that the battery was the issue and when I came back in didn't charge me anything to the the diagnostic check. In a world where nothing is free anymore I was very impressed that they did this. Check these guys out. Had a voucher that I purchased on YELP for iFix Memphis last December. Although iFix no longer participates in the YELP program, they honored the voucher with no problems. I cracked my iPhone 6s screen and took it to the iFix Germantown location. It took right at an hour to replace my screen for about $75 plus tax. There could be a little better responsiveness from the keyboard. The screen does not look and feel quite like it did from the factory but for the value, I am giving them 4 stars, due to the value and alternatives. All in all it was a good experience and much cheaper than having to buy a new phone or deal with a cracked screen. read more

I brought them a galaxy s7 edge and upon being returned I received a 10% discount for the back button not working. Then after the home button being fixed neither button was working. A few days later the ear speaker cover fell behind my screen and broke my screen again. I mean props to them for holding their warranty but they need to get their act together as I am tired of waiting for it to work again. read more

Friendly and fast service. Unfortunately, my screen repair never actually worked. I took it in 3 times and each time my phone had a new issue. After a lot of work with Apple tech support, the result was that my phone had a bum screen. I told them this, and for whatever reason, they never actually changed out the screen, just kept "fixing" the problem with the bad screen, which then created new ones. Don't know if it is an apple issue that 3rd party screens don't work for the 7, or if it was the bad screen they insisted on putting back on to my phone over and over again. I finally got tired of going in, and after 6 weeks a phone that still isn't working properly (not fun going through the entire holiday season and almost into Valentine's day not being able to talk to your family and loved ones) I am buying a new phone and never going back to iFix Memphis again. Granted, they would "repair" my phone again under warranty, but it just seems I am doomed to repeat a cycle of a never-working phone if I do that. read more
